[Completed] Will Cyanogen mod fix these issues?

I recently updated my lg g2 D802 from kitkaT to lollipop through lg software application on pc. But the update ruined my device.
1. Touch screen has gone crazy (I can't even open the app drawer)
2. SIM card is not working (it says "service disabled")
3. I only have 9 gb free space out of 32 gb
So will cyanogen mod fix all these issues?

Hello,
I am having a problem installing ClockWorkMod onto my phone,
I have a LG G3 Stylus (LG-D690) urooted phone (I can root it if necessary, using Kingroot because it's easy and most tools just don't work on this phone), it's running KitKat 4.4.2 (I can upgrade it to Lollipop if necessary).
If anyone knows how to install CWM on G3 Stylus or unsupported phones, please let me know, and please use simple words and structured detailed explanation because I am a newbie.
Thank You.
