Doesn't look like there is a Lollipop rom for your device.

It's not recommended to flash firmware from another model than yours.
It should work, but as mentioned, not recommended. Most mods from D2303 can be used on D2403 too.

Is your device rooted?
Use nuts t2u dual recovery for locked bootloader works on c3 I do believe.
