Hello
I have a question. This phone has Bluetooth V4, but there is nothing about bluetooth LE (low energy) mode in specs. This mode is required for using this phone with devices like fitbit, smartfit, ....etc.
Does anyone used this phone for connecting and pairing in LE mode?

Is it possible to have a bluetooh connection with the computer and phone and have the phone (with wired headset) act as a microphone?
yes - try the app "droidcam" there you can config a webcam for your pc, its also able to set the mic of your phone for your pc.
Nice. Didn't think it would be as easy as an app =)
Saw that there was also pocketaudio mic which you could also use your phone as an wireless headphone.
Thanks!

We all know that standard Bluetooth take some juice out of our phones. With the new Bluetooth 4.0 and more specific Low Energy, is it possible to only turn on the Low energy part of the bluetooth module, or is it "too deep" in the system. I have a Galaxy S3.
If only Bluetooth LE was turned on it could be turned on all day with not problem.
I have a Samsung tab 2 P3100, this is my first android device! i bought it for the sole reason to connect to my car's OBD.(On-Board Diagnostics) via a Bluetooth obd adapter
[ELM327 E-327 v1.5 Interface Bluetooth OBD2] using Torque app pro on Google play.
The problem is , it connect and pairs with the tablet the adapter is displayed as paired in Bluetooth settings!
but when torque pro is opened I choose connect via Bluetooth , a screen keeps appearing every 5 seconds please enter Bluetooth pin. the same happens if i use another application like palmers dashcommand to connect to the Bluetooth OBD.
i was told this is a Bluetooth driver issue with Samsung, i am on ICS. what can i do to fix the issue. PLEASE HELP!
Some experiments
1- if you are in ics 4.0.3 try to upgrade to 4.0.4
2-use stock only no cyanogenmode or so
3-send email to developers of the app containing system info and bug report and request solution
4- try remove pairing and reboot tablet and pair again

Hey Guys -
I've got an issue I can't solve. My primary device is an HTC One A9 (rooted/s-off). Below are the Bluetooth devices I use daily and the profiles I use for each:
- Car: Phone, Media (Audio)
- S2 Watch: Phone, Data
- Headset: Phone
As the watch is connected most of the time, the phone connects to it even if the other two are connected.
Basically, I want to prioritze the devices so that that...
1. If all 3 are connected, the car is used for phone
2. If Headset and watch are connected, the headset connects for phone
etc...
I've tried Bluetooth Auto Connect, but despite configuration can't get this working. I use Tasker for many things, but not sure if it's best solution
Any ideas or apps which could easily do this?

Does anyone else using 3rd party Bluetooth headphones on Android 10 also suffer issues with the headset constantly disconnecting and reconnecting several times per minute (like every 10secs)?
Hello, Hi, Bonjour, etc.... Best regards.
