Google wallet hung on splash screen - Nexus 5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

On most recent version of screwd with tk gapps and I can't get wallet to load. It hangs up on the splash screen and never moves. Have tried clearing cache and data, uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing works.
Anyone else see this before and know how to fix?

I haven't seen it today, but it is something that appears to crop up from time to time in the Play store with purchased apps. If rebooting doesn't fix it try clearing the cache and data in the Play Store app, or re-install the Play Store app.
It looks like you changed your DPI, I believe doing that can break things with the play store.

This happened to me while running a 4.2 rom

Went back, tried again and had no problems :/

It may not be what you want, but check out "Screebl" on the play store Might do the trick for you. It's necessary for me on my phone.

Google Now not launching

Hi guys,
I seem to be having an issue launching Google Now when swiping from the bottom left. A crossed out alarm clock logo appears instead of the Google white circle.
You can see the logo right next to 'Display'.
Thanks guys

Have you tried clearing cache and data for the Google search app?

Tried it but unfortunately its still not changing from that alarm clock icon

I know that for some reason after I integrated and update for Google now in to my rom that caused Google now to stop working.

I figured the problem was to do with the battery mod from Android revolution hd. Hope this thread can be used if this happens to anyone else in the future!

Did you get this running?
I managed to find an apk and the file that goes with it, installed, but when it comes to the location part on the intro it just freezes on me

Yeah. It runs fine. I really like it.
Did you get version 1.01? That's the updated app.

Yeah I'm running the 1.0.1 version. Always crashes when it asks about location. Could you link me to the one you installed, please?

Works for me. What other apps do you have running? Could be a conflict.

Closed everything and cleared with android task killer, still crashing there.
*sigh*

I don't know. I'm at a loss. All that's left is to email the developer. I did that when it stalled at black screen in the first version. [email protected].

Are you using ART or Dalvik Runtime. The newest update doesn't allow you to upload pics if you are using ART runtime. I switched back to Dalvik and it worked again, however I like ART a lot better so hopefully Facebook gets their $hit together and fixes it.
