I really like the themechooser app in Cyanogen mod .. I was wondering why there are so few custom roms that have theme chooser support . Is it diffcult to integrate ? I tried copying the the theme chooser apk's (themechooser.apk and theme manager.apk) to another custom rom but it just forcecloses .. So is there as possibility to use theme chooser on other custom roms or are there special changes needed ?
Hey, I'd like to use the notification panel/quick settings from one CM11 theme and put it on another CM11 theme. Just the notification part, is that possible?
Small question here, i was just wondering if there is any way to make a Cyanogenmod Theme that uses the Theme Engine which also themes a specific app to ignore that app and not theme it..?
Thanks in advance

Bump
I like the theme chooser on CM12 compared to Cm12S.
I have no idea how to do this nor have any basic knowledge on how do it. Can any developer give an apk or flashable zip so I can use the CM12 nightlies theme chooser on CM12S OS?
Thank you!
also want this one..
Why ?? the Cm 12 S Theme chooser have more options ( you can choose themes per App ) .
I'd like to see the 12S chooser on nightlys

agree.. once this has been ported. cm12 nightlies will be the same as cm12s
I like it when you can choose a different status bar, style, fonts etc...CM12S theme chooser doesn't have these.

Oh it does but see it doesn't work like how it does on cm12. The option to edit is for the ones on the status bar in 12s. The drop down menu nor the notifications get changed the way it does in 12.
I know this because I used to use different sets for style, status bar, icons and fonts when I was cm12.

You must be doing it wrong. Not only does CM12s theme chooser have all the features of CM12 theme chooser, but it also looks more beautiful and functional. I can't wait for it to be ported to nightlies.

Dont count on it being fully ported over. remember cm12s is closed sourced.
Does anyone know if there is an unofficial port of theme chooser 12s? Silly as it may be its one of the reasons I reverted back to 12s from 12.1.
I've used the Google machine but no luck.

This is an AOSP styled RRO Layers Theme for TouchWiz. This can be applied by installing the Layers Manager App from Playstore. [link]
This theme Gives the AOSP look to

AOSP Quick Settings Icons added giving it an authentic look with Samsung features...It also gives an AOSP styled settings icon!
AOSP Style Status Bar Icons
How to Install!
Method 1 -> Install Layers Manager ->Extract ZIP-> Copy layer Apks to SDCARD -> Open Manager -> Select Layer to Apply -> Apply Layer - > Install All ->Reboot -> Done
Method 2->Copy APK to /vendor/overlay folder-> change permission to 755/rwx-rw-rw -> Reboot phone->Done

This theme was ported to Samsung Galaxy A3 (HOORAY!) by me. So far this is the closest thing to a Stock Android ('cause there are still no custom ROM devs for A3) so yeaah.... Hope you guys like it
And don't forget to press thanks!!! :good:
And Also a Very Special Thanks to @jawzf for allowing me to port his work. Thanks bro. Don't forget to check him out!!! He makes amazing Layers theme.
Any question please do ask me
SCREENSHOTS:
Layer manager doesn't work
Keeps force closing?
Does not work with A300FU. Layers manager FC-s and method 2 doesn't work as nothing is applied after reboot (tried different permissions etc.) Only volume bar was affected but was a bit ugly.
