Wil it work (unlocked) at full 3G on another 3G network? For example, on T-Mobile? Are there any other possible complications?
And unlocked Fuze will work on the T-Mobile network - but the internet will only work at the slower speeds.
Really? Wow, that's interesting. Do you (or anyone else) happen to know why that happens? Is it the radio? And is there any work around for that?
I thought I would bring this up.
I have the T-Mobile US One S carrier unlocked and I have used it both on ATT and Tmobile.
With all the network flopping going on I noticed something between the two. When i use the phone on ATT, I rarely see 3G. It's always H. And the speeds reflect that.
When I use the phone on T-Mobile, it's always on 3G. I only see the H when the phone needs to do something data intensive. For instance, I start a speed test.. It will start 3G and flop to H for the test. I can sit with the screen on playing around with the phone and it will not switch H at all. I am in a good 4G coverage area.
I know many users are looking for a update to fix the flopping. However, to me it seems more like a power management thing and perhaps on Tmobile's network side.
Just a thought.
I was wondering if you've been able to use AT&T's network with your T-Mobile sim? I haven't, but I thought the Roaming agreement was all set. Am I wrong?

According to the coverage maps, postpaid and prepaid are identical. However, I have seen this as well. I can have full ATT coverage and zero T-Mobile coverage.
Read somewhere than theres a Sprint band (2600somethinghz) that can't broadcast within 100km of Canada? Anyone on Sprint or Ting or some other MVNO near Canada using an N5? I'm in the Detroit area and get really strange 3G drops and suffer a general lack of data connection at random times. Is it just the "switching" issue I've read about with sprint upgrading the area? I previously had an HTC One on the sprint network that had no issues while running a stock based (sense) rom but had these same issues while running CM/AOSP/GE roms...
I don't know wtf is going on...
In case anyone read my insane ramblings... it turns out Ting did't activate my phone properly and left off the sim... sure explains tons of issues. LTE since yesterday... Sucky LTE... but LTE
Can anyone confirm weather or not this will work on Verizons network without any issues?

I'd like to know this too.
From the specs on GSM Arena, it looks unlikely to have full support. VZ in the US relies on B2/B4/B13 - and the WW U11+ is listed as only supporting B4. That means that even if you can convince VZ to activate it, it will will have spotty LTE coverage at best - and no 2G/3G fallback, since it has no apparent support for CDMA. Given the lack of B13, it's unlike you'd be able to take advantage of most of VZ's coverage. It might be possible to enable those bands on a rooted phone, but that's untested, unreliable if it works, and generally sketchy.
All,
I was wondering how are your experiences with Verizon while using OP7P.
I live in the SF Bay Area, signal has been pretty good out in the open, but as soon as I walk into a concrete building, the signal completely dies, not just weak. Anyone having similiar experience?
Also I have been hearing that this would change for Verizon in 2020? Can someone elaborate and confirm? I have an oppty to switch to ATT but I'd like to stick with Verizon if possible .
Any one?
I had the same problem. Because Verizon uses CDMA, and the OP7 does not, phone calls only work when the phone is connected to LTE. It will not work
on the Verizon 3G network. As you said, Verizon is supposed to be doing away with the CDMA thing soon, but apparently not yet. I had to switch
to AT&T, as they have a strong LTE signal in my area, as opposed to Verizon, which did not.
I've used Verizon for many years. I moved at the beginning of the year and have had poor service until I did the thing I never thought I would do. I switched to ATT and have had no further problems. I got the same cheap plan, but with more data, for the same price I was paying Verizon. The worst of it was with Pandora. I cancelled my subscription and may try them again down the road.

No calls when not on LTE is brutal...
I also noticed that when I'm on WiFi and set the Verizon sim as the primary, the status bar will only show signal but not the LTE icon, it comes back as soon as I switch off WiFi.

That's just how Verizon handles signal icons. It will just show what's currently in use. If you have WiFi, it priorities WiFi.
If you want to verify you still have LTE by looking at icons, turn off mobile data and you will see an x where the LTE usually is, even with the WiFi on.

I have Verizon and I absolutely love this phone on Verizon. You just need them to provision your account for VOLTE since this phone doesn't support CDMA. I get HD+ calling and fast download speed with LTE

This is how it's going to be for everyone when Verizon ditches CDMA completely. I think a lot of people who still get voice over 3g in fringe areas and don't get a good LTE signal are going to be ticked off.

I think I already have VOLTE, but not being able to make calls when not on LTE makes no sense...

You should be able to call. Do you have VOLTE at the top in the status bar? What does it say when you dial out?

Most of the time I do. When I was in the concrete building, I was connected to the wifi so maybe I thought I had no mobile data but I did.
I figured it out...nothing wrong with Verizon.
It turns out when I reboot, the network selection for mobile data automatically switch to SIM1 but my Verizon sim is on 2.
All good.
The 7Pro is great on Verizon. I'm in the SF Bay Area and have no issues. I had the 6T before this phone.
Like another poster I have two sims in the phone and since TMobile comes up faster I need to manually switch back to Verizon for data after a reboot.
