[Completed] [Q] Ddos - XDA Assist

I was curious to know if there are any methods to flooding someones data through their respective phone by using a service such as LOIC.

Now, why would you want to do that? Our mission at XDA Assist is to point users in the right direction to get help on their devices. Not help you do something that's mischievous at best and possibly illegal.

[Completed] i need serious direction to a software update for an lgms500 us

I downloaded madkite hack and trashed my phone need custom help plz
Hi,
That "hack" is considered warez, since it's used to hack paid apps.... And yes, it has caused issues for many people. Best to contact the developers of it for help, cause XDA does not condone or discuss warez.
You won't find help here with that.
Thanks, thread closed.

[Completed] [Q] newbee needs help

I need help, I am getting on in live, and I was looking for a new hobby that would be challenging, so I chose trying to hack cell phones, because I have no idea how to do this. So I need a mentor, if anyone is willing to teach me.
Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. Unfortunately this isn't what XDA Assist is for, you can find our mission statement here:
The Purpose of XDA Assist [Please Read]
There are countless threads here on XDA that can teach you how to get started, too many for me to list in fact. Exactly which area would you like to get started in?

[Completed] [Q] XDA Developers Collaborative Innovation Survey/Questionnaire?

Hi all, I would like to ask community members to take part in a short survey designed to understand the dynamics of innovation collaboration processes between user communities such XDA Developers and device manufacturers.
In particular looking at assessing the degree to which external innovation communities contribute to the internal innovation output of Android smartphone and tablet device hardware and software manufacturers.
What is the best way to go about doing this?
Posting in the general forum or in specific device sub forums?
I would love to get as many respondents as possible so perhaps someone could point me in the direction of an official news author?
Any help much appreciated!

Greetings,
Please be sure to read the sticky threads for XDA Assist. This is not a help desk. Our purpose here is to assist new members in finding their way around XDA. We provide a link to the best forum or a thread already in existence for the issues at hand. Senior members are expected to know how to use search and find the best location for their questions. That being said, your thread would be best suited in the General section of XDA.
Thanks for understanding.

Can someone point me in the right direction

So basically I want to hack a mobile game without getting banned and I'm willing to pay for someone to create a way for me to do that. I don't have knowledge on how these things work and I also don't know if I've come to the right place. Any information someone can provide would be very much appreciated

May I Offer a Monetary Award For Answering My Questions

I am having very poor results trying to get definitive comprehensive real expert answers to my questions on XDA. Is it allowable for me to offer a bounty for real answers to my questions? - literally, I am willing to pay someone if they can truly provide the answers I'm looking for. Yes, I'm actually that desperate for what appears to be completely recondite knowledge. All my questions here on XDA have gone essentially unanswered despite some well-meaning souls attempting good guesses and anecdotal 'solutions'.
I am guessing this is not allowed, but wanted to ask just in case.
Thank you!
This Q&A forum is kept alive by volunteers, more or less experienced XDA members. In my estimation, there are also many young people among them.
My POV: If you need real technical help, go to an authorized service center.

I don't think an authorized service center can help with this: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/questions-on-using-twrp-and-a-b-slot-switching.4286595/
or this: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...mage-boot-after-unlocking-bootloader.4320927/
If I knew where to get this information, believe me, I'd go there!
