I bought the Samsung S6 SM-G920I and I was going to root it, but I forgot to enable the debbuging mode (I don't know if it's needed, but I forgot) now my phone is stucked in the Samsung Galaxy S6 boot menu, and it wont go further than that. I can't even turn it off, I can't go into recovery mode nor any other mode, just the ODIN modeI I don't know what to do, but I don't want to lose this phone since I've been saving for it for a long time... Can anyone please help me?

Hi,
Since you can still enter into the download mode you can follow this guidance: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/general/fix-s3-to-factory-unroot-stock-recovery-t2323847
It will help you to revive your device by flashing an official Samsung firmware.
Thank you for using XDA Assist.
I have an A300FU
so what basically happened:
i wanted to root my phone, model number A300FU according to this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help/how-to-root-galaxy-a3-sm-a300fu-lollipop-t3144889
but after it rooted and I was supposed to power it off and enter download mode to flash the custom recovery I kept the phone plugged in resulting in an auto reboot where I got stuck in the booting image, I left it to drain battery and now I finally was able to enter the download mode, could you please tell me how should I continue, I have odin downloaded on my pc since I tried to root it, thanks a lot.

Hello,
I have managed to successfully root and install cyanogenmod 13 onto my Galaxy Note 3.
I have been trying to do the same on my partners Galaxy S5 SM-G901F - It currently has Lollipop on it.
I connect the S5 via Odin and download mode, Select TWRP, Apply it to the phone, Odin says its passed. The phone will reboot, then load back up to the normal lock screen as if nothing has happened. Turning the phone off then rebooting in recovery mode just gives the stock recovery.
I have read online that there is a line of code that runs on bootup on the phone that checks the recovery.img file and replaces it if it has been tinkered with. When I did my Note3 I found a script that somebody had made to stop a Note3 from doing this. I cannot find the equivilent though for the S5.
Could anyone please advise, provide a solution etc? A bit stumped now.
Many thanks
Neil

I tried to root my device and it went quite well. Then I tried to flash a custom rom (Darkwolf S7 edge port) on my phone but I ended up in a bootloop where it was stuck on the samsung logo for hours. I tried different stuff to get out of it but nothing worked so I decided to flash the stock rom onto my phone and at the odin status I get "FAIL". And on my device it shows "Volume Size is too big 4620289 < 4718599. And my phone is unusable. I need some help asap to fix it.

Hello and good day/night
Need someone to help fix
today i decided to root my galaxy tab with odin but when it was done and turned on my tab.
I stuck at the samsung logo. I've tried attempting to put in recovery mode but in order to do that, i need to turn it off but that just it won't turn off but i proceeded to try to place it in recovery mode yet it doesn't do anything
So far it allows me to place in download mode, that's the only thing i can do,also i tried to look for the stock firmware for my tab but so far no one has it
Galaxy tab A
SM-T350
Was running android version 6.0.1
Sorry for mouthful and probably not writing in an understandable way
