Hello I'm trying to update my Oneplus One from 12.0 YNG1TAS17L to 12.0 YNG1TAS213
I've tried everything I can think of wiping everything running different recoveries locking the bootloader
Running stock cmrecovery I get this message
Finding update package. . .
E: unknown volume for path [@/cache/recovery/black.map]
E: Can't mount @/cache/recovery/black.map
Installation aborted
Not sure what to do?
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same here, I think it's because we rooted our Xoom's
Custom boot.img too ...
Yup, flash the stock recovery.img & boot.img and bootup android again, download de software update again and let it update. This seems to fix your & my problem
am on gpe lollipop 5.0.1 rooted and i can t flash cm 12 or any other rom i keep getting unable to mount system Error in both twrp and cwm both in leatest version and even after flashing kitkat back i still getting same errors and i tried sideload too and it said unable to mount no such volume please help guys

I can assure you, my tablet is the n8013... Why am I having this error? How can I fix it? This error also occurred while trying to install the BlissPop rom as well... I don't understand WHAT I'm doing wrong?

Make sure you're using the latest custom recovery. Try redownloading the ROM.
I also get a STATUS7 trying to flash CM12.1 with CWM 6.0.1.1
I have yet to try TWRP but I need a TAR.MD5 packaged image, which I'm having trouble finding.
I'd run into this problem as well, and it actually has to do with your version of TWRP (at least to my knowledge). I was actually trying to flash a custom rom, knowing fully well that my device was GT-N013, when it gave me the error. Turns out, I flashed the recovery for the Gt-N8000 model.
As far as I know, GT-N8013 and p4notewifi are the same device, but considering your error said that "this device is p4noterf," flash the latest version of TWRP for either GT-N8013 or p4notewifi (specifically). Then try reflashing the ROM.

I Bought OPO last night and Unlocked the device and installed Custom recovery and tried flashing Custom rom But when i flash the zip using TWRP Recovery it gives me error msg saying that Error executing Updater Binary in Zip '/Sdcard/Euphoria OS also Assert Failed: Opo Verify trustzone ("TZ BF 2.0.2.0.0109) == "1".. WHat is this ? I have wiped all the CM11 Stuff but still getting the error. also Tried Mount and Unmout System but not working

You're trying to flash a Lollipop ROM, right? You need updated firmware first. Grab it here:

Flash it with your custom recovery and then any Lollipop ROM will flash just fine.

Is there any official place to download this firmware? I mean this link is from google drive link, where can I get the latest firmware to be downloaded and thus flashed?

Hey guys,
so I did the OTA update to 6.0 the other day and it completely ruined my battery life so I decided to go back to 5.1
I unlocked the bootloader through fastboot and then install TWRP also through fastboot. After wiping everything, I downloaded a ROM, moved it to my One and tried to install it how ever I always get either "Error 7" or "Could no find META-INF"
I have tried 3 different ROMS, admitedly all CM13 but they all give me either one of those errors.
Anyone have any idea how I can possibly fix this?
Currently there is no OS on my One.
