Hi everyone!
I've update the gummy rom's last nightly and status bar and navigation bar are no longer transparent.
I've tried to add "ro.config.low_ram=false" in build.prop, but nothing happens...
PS Sorry for my bad english...

This also depends on the launcher used and how you've set the wallpaper.
It could also be a bug in the framework, but give more info on what exactly you're using.

I use GEL launcher, but I've tried Nova, but it's the same. I've used droidpack to set wallpaper.
I've also installed gravitybox, but even without installing the xposed framework, the bars are black!
I got the same problem since a few days, did you solve it?

Unfortunately not...
Let's keep up to date!
Try clearing the cache, what steps have you taken already? You changed your launcher, clearly.

Yeah, Renovate ICE rom.
I think without rooting you can use the systemui tuner in the playstore. It only requires some adb commands

With systemui tuner, you can only move the clock if you're on touchwiz or oneUI (samsung)
I want to add date and weekday in the status bar, how to do it w/o root?
PS. snapdragon based.
Have you tried Samsung's Good Lock module, QuickStar? One problem with the module is that you have to open it after restarting your phone for the settings you chose.
GadgetHacks site has suggestions of apps that may change your status bar, and also gave suggestions with previous Android versions so you could hide the status bar via adb.
Thank you for the suggestions.
I tried Quickstar and Super Status Bar that found in the Gadgehacks, but neither of them is able to add date and weekday on the status bar.

Thank you. Does the app and it's dependencies (eg. Magisk) require root?
