If mobile data works but no phone calls ... could have several reasons:
1. corrupt IMEI (check your current device IMEI with *#06# and search the web if it's a valid IMEI for your device)
2. blacklisted IMEI (ask your mobile carrier if this IMEI is OK or blocked/listed as stolen)
3. modem (software) corrupt (flash a new modem)
4. modem (hardware) corrupt (send your device to a service center for repair/exchange)

I want to know the difference between note 2 and note 4 roms. (like more stable, fast, compatible, etc)

I saw that my device could be locked by WIND.
How can I check if it's locked without getting new SIM card?

Hi, I just wanted to know how to pick right stock rom for my Galaxy Note 10.1
Here 's the details phone info shows
Model : SM - P601
PDA : P601XXUCNJ4
CSC : P601OLBCNJ2
info shows that It's made in Thailand, there are also indicated several available csc that I don't know what to do with.
So I wonder If I should look for and download rom that is match for all these info or what exactly happens if it's not?
