[Q] Softbricked. Unable to mount. - HTC Desire S

Hello.
Successful installed cm11 and base gapps via TWRP unable to load into system. After returning to recovery found that recovery is
Code:
unable to mount /system
unable to mount /cache
unable to mount /data
Any wipe not helping me out.
My device is s-off. Also I cant flash anything from fastboot, it just freezes after executing command.
Is there anything I can do in this situation?

try flashing lastest 4ext recovery via fastboot and see if that mounts.

Try fastboot erase recovery command then flash the recovery.

Thank you for answer, lilsafbig. This is not working either. Device just freezes, and console waitng with 'erasing `recovery` ...', I believe i takes for ages.
I still can use adb shell, is there a way to enable usb debugging from TWRP?.

When you get error 99, force a reboot to the bootloader and try again, hopefully you'll get error 92 which is what you want.

When i run Fastboot command -> fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
That goes sucessful as:-
C:\Users\AB\Desktop\FASTBOOT>fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
sending 'recovery' (6982 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.309s]
writing 'recovery'...
OKAY [ 0.577s]
finished. total time: 0.886s
However, when i try to enter Recovery Mode
It just keeps the message "Entering Recovery... " on htc whte screen
i let it wait for 30 minutes and then had to power off the device..
Could any of you Experts kindly Help me out..
With suggestion of approach or maybe a different verison of CWM recovery file which i should try?
Any help would be highy appreciated :good:

HTC One M7 cant instal Firmware

Hi all,
Firstly, i hope this is in the right place!
I have accidentally wiped my phone again using the TWRP v2.8.4.0 custom recovery.. i have relocked the bootloader using the All-In-One toolkit and when in fastboot USB i try to flash the firmware i receive this message:
D:\FASTBOOT ADB>fastboot flash zip fw_4.19.401.9_custom.zip
< waiting for device >
sending 'zip' (27605 KB)...
OKAY [ 2.326s]
writing 'zip'...
FAILED (remote: not allowed)
finished. total time: 2.366s
Have tried swapping USB ports and still get the same message.
I have also tried putting the firmware zip onto the SD card with MTP enabled in TWRP and then installing from the 'Install' option but that just returns a fail each time.

Can anyone help me?
Sounds like you are using an old recovery on latest firmware, which does not boot into recovery.
Flash the latest TWRP version for your phone model.
And please remove serial number and IMEI.

I tried twrp-2.8.4.0_k2ul-k2u_xpirt, twrp-2.8.5.0-k2_u.img, twrp-2.8.4.0-k2_u.img, but still not boot into recovery.
Hm, strange. Then i have no idea, because the version should match to your firmware.
Other solutions can anyone?
