Hi every one, i have a 3.5 mm jack mike but the audio quality is not good, i was going to buy a usb mike, but i wondered if i could find a way to connect my rooted kitkat sony xperia z ultra with my windows 7 x64 sp1 labtop as a usb, wireless or even a bluetooth mike, I think there must be an auxiliary program to setup at the windows that makes a virual mike driver so i can use my phone with almost every program i need at realtime audio input , i have found some programes but they they were just a recording programs, i will appreciate if some one knows a program like that, thanks in advance.

Hi,
Is there a piece of software that lets me use my phone as an LCD screen/monitor for my computer? Ideally, i'd like to stream movies from my pc to the screen of my HTC phone (trinity atm), bt would like to use the speakers of my main computer.
Thanks,
James
The closest things I can think of would be using a remote desktop/VPN app to get to your PC. Video over VPN is a problem though - it typically doesn't work very well for a number of reasons. Your other choice would be to use a media streaming app on your PC and stream to TCPMP or Windows Media Player on your phone.
Neither of these solutions is anything like "using my phone as an LCD monitor" though.
yeah i dont think therminal services support the overlays that video use
nor DX as in directmedia stuff
another problem with streaming it while playing it on pc to use it's speakers would be to make sure the audio and video was in sync
of cause to get around that one could use a htc audio to 3.5minijack and feed the sound from the pda back into the pc's line in and have it play like that
of cause that raise the problem with the cable having to be pretty long otherwise i guess one could just watch it on the pc
I think that this server was not supported.
I agree with you Stream the videos from your PC... And if you have bluetooth on your PC, you can use the A2DP-service(BT stereo) to stream the sound back... But this will most likely fail because the use of A2DP is a real CPU-killer on our trinity... (Which will cause the video to no be shown, or be very lagging...)
you can try http://www.innobec.com/en/index.php
but this only works at WinXP or lower.
and it seems the program is not longer updated.

Excellent!!!!! This is *exactly* what I was looking for!
Many thanks =)
Now that is cool!
I wonder if it works with WM6.
Would be great for putting a voice comms app (ventrilo / teamspeak) on the PDA screen when I am gaming on my PC - that way I can see who is speaking.
Hi,
I would like to connect a pda to a tv or VGA projector. Is this possible with the HTC touch cruise? Because it seams that the MSM7200 processor has the hardware already integrated.
Kind regards,
hqqh
no friend, not have, bye
usb pinout?
Hi,
it's a pity!
But do you know, whether the MDDI signals (Mobile Display Digital Interface) are at the "usb" connector? Do you have a pinout?
If these signals are acessable, I would try do design a converter box MDDI to VGA (if such a device such a box is not available).
Kind regards,
hqqh
The usb pin is used for usb or y hearphone.
The HTC Athena 7500 model have video out.
Bye
according to what i remember from looking at the qualcomm 7200 documents the qualcomm 7200 is able to do vga out. just need to do a hardware mod. have to look into this more to be sure though.
didn't do the research on how it works... but the shop suggests this is an option...
http://www.pdashop.nl/product/37026/47090/3481/impatica-showmate.html
Well, that is using bluetooth. And I wonder if that's usable as a complete screen replacement. Seems mostly aimed at powerpoint looking at the website (http://www.impatica.com/showmate/). Although it also says you can see the desktop etc on a blackberry, don't know about pocketpc.
Doesn't seem to be aimed at playing video etc. But then again, I haven't tried it so don't know what the performance is of this thing. But as it uses bluetooth I don't think the framerate would be that high.
polaris dont have usbhost it dont matter that the cpu support it htc use their own usb chip which dont support usb host
only Athena support host
so not posible to use usb to vga gizmo
Impatica
Hi friends, I been using the impatica showmate with my HTC TYNT II (Kayser) with windows mobile 6, and all the powerpoint presentations on the projector looks great, it use a powerpoint adapter that takes your power point presentation and then changes to an impatica presentation. I've just download the tool to make that my pocket pc screen can be display on the proyector (or datashow).
The next days I'll be using this tool a lot, if you have any cuestions, please fell fre mail me to [email protected].
This is my first time that I post something that can help somebody, so I'll be glad to help...

But solves the problem...
Hello,
I am searching a program for my raphael or any windows mobile based phone. I have to use it to control the mediaplayer on my notebook. I know sony ericsson has something like that built/in, but I need it for windows mobile.
Thanks!!!
I think it is rather related to your notebook software...
Last time i did this i just paired handheld (some older Nokia iirc) with Bluetooth in PC. Then i installed some software on PC and voila - i could even move mouse pointer using phone.
Start by pairing your WM device with laptop. Then search for some program for notebook to use BT signal to control mouse/imitate key presses. And you are good to go.

readmy Multimedia Remote Control Bible in the Wiki
Hi,
I got a question and was hoping anyone here could help me out.
The situation:
I've got two bluetooth enabled devices, a HP iPAQ hx2410 (Windows CE 4.21 aka Windows Mobile 2003 SE) and a HTC S730 (Windows CE 5.2 aka Windows Mobile 6.0).
I want to play music on the iPAQ and use the HTC as a remote. I've used a bluetooth speaker for music before and that sounded horrible, but if playing the music on the HTC via the speaker of the iPAQ is possible at an exceptional quality, that's fine too.
I want to use the HTC as remote because only the iPAQ has a audio jack output. I don't have the right cables for HTC ExtUsb yet.
So now I'm looking for some kind of programm which lets me use my HTC as a remote for controlling the playback of some music on the iPAQ.
I hope I've explained what I want in enough detail and am looking forward to finding the answer.

Hi Guys,
so i bought an Android TV a while ago (Sony Bravia KDL-50W805C) and im quite happy with it.
Now i would like to be using Skype, which unfortunately isnt officially supported. I installed the regular Skype APK manually and the App itself works very well. I then bought a UVC-compatible Webcam which doesnt seem to work properly with any app i tried on TV.
Using Skype, i can establish a connection and the webcam is turned on (can tell from the LED flashing) and the webcams microphone is also working. However, no image is coming. Im guessing its some access restriction. I dont see any technical reason why this would not work.
The Chipset of my TV is some Mediatek ... i can tell you better if this should be of importance. Maybe anyone here is able to help me out or point me in the right direction.
Thanks already!
Same issue here, but maby on something
Hey
I have the same issue as Idle_King, but i have begin to do some research. My tv is a sony bravia w80c and I use a logitech c920 as webcamera.
I installed/side loaded skype from my sony experia z3+ with Ez file explorer. Then i relized that the camera and mic dident work,
My first tought was that the webcam dident support otg, so i insertered my otg cable in my z3+ and connected the camera... Nothing happend
The otg camera app found nothing.
After a bit of investigation i found that is a function that need you to identify the usb device, so when I done that, it showd up in the app, so now I know that the camera works like a otg device
I sideloaded the same app to my bravia tv, and it is the same issue here, so i sideloaded an other app (easy otg checker). Maked a search for otg devices and it found my conected webcamera.
So i think that sony must have some sort of usb identify filter that denies the camera to start/connect. So where should i begin to search? Or is it someone that have a solution to this problem?

i am using cam of older bravia cam to new bravia (android) ...didnt work1
Don't know if it helps.
BUT
I successfully use a camera called Canyon CNR-WCAM513G1 (1.)
with WhatsApp on a userless Android X86 running on a VM in order to scan QR codes from WhatsAppDesktop
This VM is a device that has WhatsApp Android app installed and connected 24/7 to the internet, so I can use WhatsAppDesktop on all paired computers without messing around with my phone
Good that I do not use WhatsApp at all, maybe now I start using it, lets see. Side effect the picture that is transferred to the main camera of Android on the X86 is mirrored horizontally
Further I found this: The homepage of app Webeecam has the inofficial most complete compatibility list of webcams running on Android:
