WiFi doesn't turn off ?? - ONE Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

At night, I turn off the wifi but my battery stats show that the WiFi is always ON.
As you can see in the image the part where I've circled .. That is the time I turned off the WiFi .
The WiFi turns off but only in the stats it shows its ON.
What can I do to fix this issue ?

Are you sure that a red bar means it's on? Your mobile network must be on right, and that bar is green and all.

[Q] Wifi/Mobile Signal Status Color?

As it is now, the colors of the wifi/mobile signal bars are white (in the status bar), and if you want to check to see if you're receiving data for either wifi/mobile you have to swipe down and go into quick settings. If you're not receiving data, it will be orange.
Is there a way for the signal bars in the status bar to also show orange? Or another color letting you know instantly you're not receiving data for either wifi or mobile?
The reason I ask is because last night my internet went down for a couple hours. The wireless router was on, thus showing full white bars for wifi in the status bar, even though I was actually not receiving internet. It was only after not receiving any notifications for awhile (including texts because when the wifi/mobile data are on at the same time both go down) when I swiped down into quick settings and noticed full reception for both wifi/mobile but both were orange.
It would have been nice to know immediately via the status bar with a change in signal color from white to orange. Is there something I'm missing? Is it possible to change?
Cheers!

Only way to change colors is themes from theme chooser, xposed modules, etc with root. Normally, no, not on stock unless you do the root. Signal status in status bar is feature of some ROMs as well if you flash but beyond that, no.

Color correction permanently changed status and nav bar color

So I was messing around with the color correction options in the Accessibility section. I set the mode to each of the options ending with Tritanomaly. Tritanomaly makes the bars an orange color. When I was done I turned off the Color correction mode and now my status and nav bars are stuck orange.
I've rebooted and Powered off the device and the bars are still broken
If I turn the mode back on it properly affects the colors and changes the colors of the bars, but every time I turn it off it goes back to this awful orange color.
Has anyone else run into this? Also does anyone have an idea on how to fix the status/nav bar color, I don't want to factory reset since I just spent a day setting up the phone
So I figured it out. Apparently that was just the battery saver mode, it so happened that setting the color correction mode caused my battery to drop and turn on battery saver resulting in the status bars turning a very bright color of orange.
Interesting.

Question Both Wifi and Data icon show at the same time

I turned on both wifi and data, and both icon shown in status bar, and the arrows from both icon also turned on sometimes. Is this a bug? Does it affect the battery life of my phone?
Happens to me also.
