Good morning I would like if it is possible relock or better again locked the bootloader of Huawei P8 with "Locked" when going into fastboot mode because I have unlocked and now I'm told that the guarantee is no longer valid.

my phone huawei y511-u30 was working fine
till yesterday i tried to install ported rom miui V5
after the pone started i got warning insert the sim unlock key
i pressed any codes i thought i will get the phone will ask for puk code after
but i got message saying
the slot has been permanently locked
on the two sim slots :'(
now please i need your help to fix the phone
