Then flash Candy5 + GAPPS + SuperSU (Optional)

I don't know what you're saying about the package installer bug, I'm having no issues installing apps, only thing is I can't install too many because we have a tiny data partition.
And blaze is also my main phone and I've been able to send and receive calls and messages just fine, so I don't know why you're having issues.
My only guess is the radio. I had to update the blobs for Lollipop so make sure your baseband is T769UVMB1 (which is the latest one), which is what I'm on.

im on UVLH5 . i have UVLM1 file i will try to flash ang try again this lollipop . thank you so much . ihope it fix .. iwill came back and give more feedbacka

after UVMB1 reflash
after my reflash

Camera is a blob thing and a known issue. We don't have JB Camera Blobs and our ICS Blobs aren't compatible with Lollipop. We may have to look into using Hercules camera blobs and accept whatever bugs they present for us if they even boot up.

Flash AMB9.. You can find it in the S II Plus index. Do note that you will need to wipe data if you're going to revert to stock. A transition fron stock to CM or the other way round will always require a wipe.

For guys having no network, as far as i can say, any baseband should work
Cyanogenmod by default is on 3G only.
So if your carrier doesnt have 3G network, it will not register to 2G automatically unlike stock roms.
For getting gsm working , go to setting>more>mobile networks> use 2G only.
I think this will solve the issue
Pls report if it works.
2g and 3g does not work.
When I make a new APN Setting, the new APN does not appear in the APN-list, after saving. Is this normal, or should there appear a new entry?

To Sprint Users:
There have been a few users who have reported having serious issues with mobile data after flashing this ROM. Whether it is caused by something in Candy5's source or cm's source is unknown. However, there is a reported solution to this specific mobile data issue below:
You need to go into Settings->Mobile Network and change CDMA subscription from NV to RUIM/SIM.
After you do that, change Network Type to Global. Reboot, make a backup, flash back to Sense. The phone should activate itself. If it doesn't, try updating profile. Flash back to Candy ROM and profit.
Thanks @repl1ca for the fix.

There is really only one way we fixed this...

About Us:Dirty Unicorns is a project that started out with no name. It was a project that was first based off AOKP back in the early days of Jelly Bean. In the early days -- it was just a one man show on one device, the EVO 3D. Since then, many others have joined the project and it has grown exponentially.
We have seen a lot of talent contribute to this project of ours. Big or small, the focus was always on contributing to the community. That is ultimately why we do what we do. After Jelly Bean, we decided to move to a new base, OmniROM. While AOKP was fun, OmniROM proved to be even more exciting base because it challenged us to see what we could do with a project that had different goals in mind. We learned a lot and gained contributors in the process. With Lollipop, we moved to an AOSP base with a lot of patches from CAF to make our older devices function as they should. We grew further with experience and learned a lot more along the way.
It has been an awesome learning experience and it's still not over! We are still learning, striving to grow each day, and continuing to move forward. Lastly, weDO NOT accept, nor ask, for donations. We do not believe in that. Everything that is necessary to keep this project going comes out of our own pocket. Gerrit, Jenkins, Websites, Devices, etc. We will never ask for a dime. All that we do ask is that you have patience, search for answers prior to posting, read, and try to enjoy the process with us!!
Note: This ROM is based on AOSP not CyanogenMod,in CyanogenMod optimizing apps happens at first boot shows up after bootanimation but in aosp ROM or some AOSp based ROMs it's hidden, that means apps will optimize during boot(animation),so if booting takes time don't pull out battery thinking phone is stucked at boot. Wait for 20mins or average time ,takes for optimizing apps(with gapps)

Bug 1 is because you flashed 7582 on 7580, or maybe something else, whatever... No issue such like that on 7582 ,will release for 7580 soon.
Ignore bug 2 , firstly wait for a 7580 build, second "more frequent"? Nah during one full day of test i don't even have one random reboot,so it's just you @present.

It should work. Because this zip has binaries from ace 3's stock rom and they can't be edited. And this rom has binaries from ace style's stock. They haven't edited.

yes,i used A-Gapps, don't have idea of other, but opengapps will create some issues, and BTW provide log(logcat+kmsg) just at the time of reboot,so that i could encounter what's making the ROM to reboot, though i haven't faced any reboot.

I guess yes you can,but sound libs comes with kernel (boot.img) ,so if you are going to flash that, which has boot.img of cm13(maybe), may cause unknown issues, because of different ramdisk(modified ramdisk). Rest is yours choice.

I won't say anything about random reboots, as till now, no idea what's creating this issue. But if you modify things over this ROM like flashed old audio hal package or something else,i won't take guarantee of it. Reason is already explained ^^ .
I am working on 3g and 2g preferred options. Maybe added in next build.

Thank you for your work on thea!
I have uesd this rom for nearly 2 days
It is smooth and the basic functions(wifi, bluetooth, data connection, camera, flashlight) are works fine
and its customization is what l like
however,there are three problems:
1.the file manager can't browse the extsdcard, even l give it root access, maybe I should change to supersu?
2.l didn't find "substratum"(the application),maybe l need to install it or because the theme engine will be put into rom next time?
3.developer options>show cpu info it doesn't work after a reboot,l have to close it and open it again, then it works.
and the mGerrit often FC
what l didn't try is to format a sdcard as internal storage
l'm sorry for my poor english
today I flashed open gapps aroma
but it doesn't work well on this rom
I replaced contacts, dialer, calendar, camera, and browser
but chrome keeps FC when I try to log in and some other apps are FC too
maybe it's because of the gapps?

I just found a problem about the three animation scale in developer options
I choose the options as1.5x
but it just like 2.0x on other roms
the animation is too slow(relatively)
Amazing, best Nougat ROM so far! I was almost giving up.
Thank you!

Baseband issue
Has anyone had the issue of unknown baseband after flashing 2017-02-20 build or just me ?
Have tried to follow the flashing instructions as written and have also tried just factory reset with cache and dalvik but still missing baseband. I am completely lost as to why, I have tried all other 7.1.1 roms without issues, I am about to flash the build before it and see if it is there also, if not then it may be a bug with this build !!

If you want, upgrade from the version of day 21, it is fixed on SIM and baseband, it was even problem with peregrine and it was solved, if it does not solve, just make a backup and try a clean installation, this is actually corrected now.

Yes it's confirmed all fixed and working great now, great rom with great battery life and so far not a single bug found, sound is good, no lags, my only downside is no proximity pocket protection ( not a huge issue.plenty of apps to solve that ! )
i have no in-call audio.. anyone else? trying wiping cache and dalvik, will report the results soon
EDIT: problem solved
Latest nightly usable as daily driver?
