Hello, My Name is Mahdi. I am from Bangladesh. I am new in XDA. I am in a serious problem. My phones Android OS has been deleted accidentally. Now what can I do. When I have bought my set after 2 months I have Rooted it with v root. Then installed custom recovery name phillz touch recovery. Then flashed a custom rom of my phone name is lg g3 custom rom. Next day I have used build prop editor to tweak phone. But accidentally inputted wrong value. Then after reboot it bootlooped. Now i can only go in recovery by going in bootloader by pressing power+volume up while phone is off. But after pressing the buttons a menu comes with three options but i dont know is it bootloader. Options are 1.boot recovery. 2.boot fastboot 3. Reboot normally. After going in recovery I have fully wiped phone. In my recovery there is a option name ean to install. A new rom. I pressed that then phone cleans. Then i have cliked wipe data/factory reset and wipe cahe and wipe dalvik cahe. But my phone has no memory card slot. If had then i can put rom in memory card. Now i can connect phoe with adb and fastboot. But i cant flashing\installing rom with any way such not with adb, not with fastboot, and not with sp flash tool. Now what can I do please help me . Now what can I do? Give any solutions anyone.

Earlier today I was trying to Root my Sony Xperia M2, I unlocked bootloader (althought it reset my device?), and then I flashed my Xperia into CWM. I then realised I didn't put the ZIP package I needed onto my SD card so I tried to exit the recovery, it didn't allow me and this is when the bootloop started.
I wiped everything, Cache & Factory reset, meaning I probably don't have an OS, I've tried to use 3 different ZIPs and like 30 different tutorials to get out of this..
Everytime I use a ZIP file it, the CWM recovery mode, and normal recovery mode, says E:\ Cannot find Key (After it looks for a key folder in the ZIP). I'm sorry for being a n00b, but I really need help
If any of you guys could help, I would really appreciate. What I think I need is, is a ZIP file that I can actually install, but you guys are the Experts. Thanks.
Fixed
I fixed the problem, but now it's a different model number than what it originally was.

Hello, and welcome to XDA Assist! Have you tried simply sideloading a rom through adb? If you still have your bootloader and recovery then that should work. If you need more help, please register and post on the following forum: LG G3 Help & Troubleshooting. You'll get help from people who know your phone well.

Hello.
Thank you for using XDA Assist.
You need to issue the fastboot commands:
fastboot format cache
fastboot format userdata
(This will cause data loss)
Then you should be able to boot to TWRP. From there you can transfer a ROM from a PC to your N5 via MTP.
Flash that ROM with TWRP.

im using asus zenfone 5, and i want to update my android version from kitkat to lolipop, i already have the latest update before lolipop and yet after i transferred the lolipop zip file intto my internal memory and rebooted i still dont get the push notification for android update....is there something i did wrong?
Hello,
Welcome to XDA.
There is more to it than downloading the update and putting it on internal storage. The update must be flashed and then your device will be updated. Usually, stock update.zips are flashed through stock recovery, have you tried this? Find out how to boot your device to recovery mode(volume up+power) or (volume up+home+power[if you have a hardware home button), when you get to recovery select the install update option. Youll have to find out if your zip file needs to be on internal sdcard or extsdcard. You'll have to flash it from where you have it stored when in recovery. I don't know the details of how your device is updated, all devices do it differently.

I bought a phone from China - JiaYu G4s. It came with Android 4.2.2, so I decided to install kitkat. Kitkat worked well, but I knew it is not enough. I found Cyanogenmod 12.1 for that phone. I installed it, but forgot to wipe /data and /cache and it was crashing. I tried to access recovery, but I didn't know how (Clockworkmod recovery carliv 4.4, I had a custom ROM, where when I long pressed power buttom, there was a option to reboot in recovery). My preloader never worked, so I couldn't access files from computer. So I rebooted my phone and in setting press factory reset. My phone rebooted to recovery and a sign "Processing" appeared. But It crashed and I had to reboot my phone. Now I'm stuck in boot animation, I can't go recovery, I can't access my phone from computer. I can't do anything (I think so). Can someone help me?
