[Q] I can' call land phones from my Galaxy S II

Hi All,
I can' call to Land Phones from My Galaxy SII. But Can call to any mobile number. I changed the sim to other phone, it is working with other phones. The problem started 2 days ago. Can Anyone advise.

Problem in more specific.
The problem is I can't call to land phone numbers only in 3G enabled area. When I go to 2g coverage area I can call to land phones. In 3G coverage area can only call to mobile phones only. Please help

[Q] WCDMA/3G is not working in HTC Chacha

Dear All
I m having some problem with my new htc chacha,WCDMA/3G is not working in it,when ever i select WCDMA or Auto GSM/WCDMA there is no network on my mobie,dont know the reason behind.
Before HTC Chacha i was having Galaxy Pro & 3g in working on that mobile
can somebody help me out in dis.....

Using custom ROM? Flashed new radio? S-OFF? What have you changed?
It's easier for others to try and figure what your problem is.. Stating that you have a problem and it worked on your Samsung won't help anyone...

m using stock rom android 2.3.5

most network operators have locked their 3g/wcdma bands in India as people have been getting 3g speeds on a 2g pack, and you get network in 3g/wcdma mode only if you have subscribed for a 3g pack. if you have subscribed, call the customer care and ask if something is wrong. Try the same with your galaxy pro and check if you are still getting network. if yes then some issue with the device, else the phone is just fine.

[Completed] whwnever i turn on the 3g the sim signals got disconnected. It works ok on 2g or edge

I am using htc one m8. it supports 3g and 4g. but whenever i turn on 3g the network signals got disconnected. what is the reason and what is the solution. i have to restart my phone and after some time it becomes perfect. plz help me fix this problem. it is currently working on android 4,0 kitkat version.

Well that might have something to do with your carrier or it could be hardware. You can register if you like and ask your question here

Jio on One E8(m8sd)

Getting jio signal but not registering on network
"Your sim doesn't allow connection to this network "
I installed HTC phone.apk (v 8) from apk mirror..
(By installing this I lost control over second sim but got option to select LTE in menu )
And settings (v8) from apk mirror ..
I was using reliance 4g sim ..(not jio)
After searching networks manually
I got jio but didn't got register
Any help
Will I get jio network if I use jio sim instead of reliance

I installed HTC phone apk v8
Restarted phone
And selected GSM/WCDMA/LTE in mobile network
I got jio network (not registered though)
Now I got jio sim but I'm not getting network..
Really pissed off
I think there is some kind of lock protecting to get 4g on this
HTC messed up with CDMA and LTE
Because when u select LTE only it switches slot to CDMA and we cannot scan network manually
Modding phone apk to disable CDMA may work I guess

Anybody got success in running Jio on HTC E8 Dual Sim?

Tried alot to get jio sim working.. Got the sim generating bar code somehow many tricks are given, sim is activated already got the message on registered number,but still unable to get any signal for JIO, Thing is HTC has done such cruelty by locking the 4G LTE, dnt know why they do it.. Same thing with my Sony Xperia ZL, In India they lock the 4G, WTF why they do it !?

And We got bad luck ...
No 4g and No developers for this phone to solve this issue
I would have believed HTC that phone is 3g only as they are saying ...but I got jio network once accidentally by procedure mention above

Enable Wifi calling on a carrier (Airtel India) that doesn't list HTC U11+ among supported devices?

Hi all,
I have a rooted HTC U11+ with me. My carrier Airtel India, has Wifi calling, but doesn't list HTC phones among supported devices. Is there a way to change the settings, to enable Wifi calling on this carrier?
I really like this phone and don't want to buy another phone, just for Wifi calling.
Help from knowledgeable folks is appreciated
