It is for windows but it can be used for Android PC applications
Basically the name says it all, its a universal GUI installer, you can modify basically everything by editing the installer properties file, adding your own icons, images, license etc.
it creates the "Install directory" specified
its extracts the "Compressed file" specified into the install directory
creates shortcuts to your executable file or script specified
and asks you after installation to run it on exit
Usage: Edit Installer.properties
Add a license
Add an icon (.ico file)
add an installer image (.png file)
archive your install files
test and distribute
its portable and doesnt require installation, its setup to do a sample installation to show how things work

Requirement:
Android device with
1. Android 9 and higher
2. ADB enabled
Usage:

named APK-repository with APKs of your choice, establish an ADB-connection with your Android device, run Windows command
script what is named APK-Installer-For-Multiple-User-Systems.bat.

This script is "AS IS". If bugs found, let it me know here.

Google DocumentsUI [Android 10+]

I clarify that it is not a flashable zip since it is difficult to extract the files in system/ & system/product therefore you must unzip paste each file in its folder and of course give the necessary permissions and restart
additionally, documentsui can be hidden in android 11 to only work in configuration or give permissions in other browsing applications if you already have Google Files in the application drawer, if it makes sense to hide DocumentsUI

I forgot the important notice I must clarify that before installing Google DocumentsUI you must remove DocumentsUI AOSP only if it is this version in the path system/product/priv-app/DocumentsUI remove it and then remove the data to avoid Bootloop in data/data look for the com.android.documentsui folder and delete it in Android 11/12 the folders in data/data are in random numbers and letters you need to manually find the folder that is related to DocumentsUI the same process of deleting

ADB Explorer
So basically this is ADB wrapped in a fluent UI, written in C# on WPF. So Windows only.
Latest version: v0.7.4 (beta)
Connect Android devices over USB / WiFi (manual & mDNS)
Browse and manage the file system, including push, pull, delete, rename, move, and copy
Install / Uninstall APKs from the device / PC, browse installed apps
Optional recycle bin to store deleted files on the device until you're sure about permanent delete
Drive view - acts like 'This PC' on Windows and displays usage and capacity of important locations
Enable root if your device supports that to enable some root features
All file operations are organized in a queue with progress usually available for push and pull
And more!
