Hey everyone.
I wanted to ask you what do you think, xperia m2 or xperia e4 ?
I have to think between those two phones, but i dunno for which one to go.
M2 will get lollipop, has better back camera, snapdragon et.
E4 has better screen, better front camera and looks nicer by my taste.
So, what do you guys think ?

I think Z3 flash is slightly bigger than Z2.. doesn't it ?

I know Sony likes reality camera flash not the strong one.. but Z2 flash is really too much weak..
another thing please.. is the Z3 flash closer to the camera more than Z2 one?? exactly like Z1 flash possession?

I didnt have a z2, but the first thing I noticed was the weak flash. I'm coming from a nexus 4, which I thought had a decent brightness. The Z3 flash was much weaker than my nexus 4.

The flash is WEAK, close to unusable.
I'm seeing a lot of haters here. Is it in fact the phone is bad or that Samsung and HTC have put their marketing agents on the forum to just comment without showing any drastic bad photos or proof. I had a feel at the demo and found there was pixelation clearly in photos and the photos didn't pop the wa y you would hope for . However, I am comparing it to my laid back Nokia 1020 which has a 41 MP camera .

for me I'm not a hater and no doubt that Sony did well about the camera lens and high ISO value.. but it will be much better if Sony makes a stronger flash or maybe true-tone one..
I had iPhone 5S, Galaxy S5, HTC M8 and note 3.. in some situation in low light senses they are better than Z2.. less noisy photos and better details because of the stronger flash..
All I wanted to say is : "Sony I know you like weak flash because you like to make reality photos and your amazing lens doesn't need a strong flash.. but it's not wrong If you made a stronger true-tone one, and you will be the best camera phone ever"
I have a Xperia ZL and the Flash is very strong but my Xperia Z3 very very Low.

yeah your right.. also my old Xperia T flash is 3x stronger than my Z2 !!
Perhaps i shouldnt comment as i havent had a z2 but all i can say is that i have taken one or two pictures in complete darkness and the flash did a decent job! Iam not necessarily saying its strong because i cant compare it to anything else but its more then fine and not weak .......... in my opinion at least

you did that using Z3??
If that was right so try to zoom in photos after taking it.. you will see how much loosing of details is happening, so that a stronger flash is necessary
I did flash photos with Z3 and Samsung's S4.
PURE HORROR. Z3's "flash" is like a tiny candle compared with the S4 flash.
Just compare, you'll get the same results.

Is there any difference between these two except for the 4K screen?
Is it really worth it to go for the premium with higher price?

Hello Daniel,
I have a Z5 and very pleased with it.
I had to select the Z5 as my network provider is not distributing the Z5P otherwise I will select the Z5P.
Screen size and definition is greater on the Z5P model
Battery size is also a little bit greater (even if the 4K consume a little bit more power).
Both of them are good phone
Welcome to Sony Z5 / Z5P world
Z5 for sure, but if you prefer bigger screen go for premium.
4k won't be usable all the time and i think it will have less battery life.

I owned both up until recently. I found the premium, because of the size and the design quite unwieldy. The screen is beautiful, but do remember 4k mode only kicks in on YouTube, the album app and selective things like that. The battery is comparable to the z5 I'd say.
i own z5 and i can say its very good phone... i´d buy z5 premium if they had one but they didnt had even compact version so i went for the normal z5 go for the premium ull have best of everything from xperia.
Xperia Z5 is better .. even the screen colors and contrast are better on the Z5 than the Z5 premium :

- The 4k screen will make the phone slower and you may face some bugs with some apps ..
- The battery won't be as good as the Z5's battery
I'd say, go to a store and test both phone's, then make ur decision.

This phone is best in all respect and getting marshmallow too on march 7th.
But tomorrow its WMC 2016, you may find something with latest tech. So just have a look at those devices too.

yep difference is big Xperia Z5 screen is way better but you will be disappointed in camera because there wont be huge difference in picture quality even some times Z2 will take better pictures
Z5 screen is not as bright, used to keep my z2 at 1/2, maybe more in real bright sun. Z5 I keep at at least 3/4... Battery not as good either. Still love it though .

Both are great on their own aspects!
For bigger battery and performance Z3 will be good enough!
For better camera and performance X will be good!
Why don't just get Xperia XZ? It's very great and powerful compare X and Z3.

It depands what you want more, since both phones are perfectly capable. Z5 Premium is proof of the concept, that you can have 4K display in a phone, but as a Z5 series seems to not being treated seroursly by Sony after X lineup showed up. XZ is more streamlined flagship with newer CPU and monthly updates (so far at least), but after release of XZs and XZ Premium don't look like high-end anymore.
Personally? I have XZ and after switching from Arc S I'm totally satisfied from my choice. If you have an eye on some discouted XZ, go get it
Go for the xz, better display, camera and battery life.
even small improvement counts so you should go for XXZ
you need to list what you need!
for this comparison, if you need larger display so choose Z5 premium
No point in even considering the Z5, flawed processor, 4k display paired with a small battery, it will lose support before the XZ.
If you want the best of Sony right now, I say get the XZ. I had the Z5 Premium before this phone and I can say that the display is better and a lot smoother!
