Flash stock firmware image through fastboot

Or if u needed to install custom recovery than flash custom recovery (twrp)through fastboot and install firmware (.zip) through adb sideload

Your on a locked bootloader. You can't flash a custom recovery, the only option you have is safestrap. You also cannot flash custom roms

Hello there
Does anyone know how to backup stock recovery without rooting on the XT1032?
Hello
If you have Root you can use Flashify from the PlayStore

I don't have root. But if I root then I'll have custom recovery and there will be no point then

First of all clear the misconception, if you root your phone it does not mean you should have a custom recovery and vice versa
Now if you want to backup your stock recovery either root your phone and use flashify
Or
Downlaod the stock firmware package of your device and it has raw fromat of recovery image
Or

Did you check to see if your bootloader is unlocked before you flashed TWRP. If your bootloader is locked it won't let you flash anything that isn't stock.
Flash your stock recovery back on the device and then check status of bootloader, if its locked, find the unlock method if one exists for your model and firmware build number. If you can unlock then you can flash TWRP.
Bt I flashed many rom, many times....I think bootloader is open

Use TWRP Manager from Playstore to flash your recovery again.
For future reference, TWRP will flash .zip and .img files, next time you can flash the TWRP update in TWRP instead of using an app. After flashing the updated TWRP you go back yo main menu and select Reboot and then select reboot recovery, it will boot reboot into the updated recovery.
Yaa 1stly I try with TWRP manager bt my phone is not listed there
And what is the easiest way to get recovery back

I think its a lollipop thing...
Actually most of the .img files can't be flashed in lollipop or MM wid any app
Either use another recovery to flash a recovery zip or with PC
Should I use sp flash tools..to go back to stock rom...?

Greetings and welcome to assist. I can see you have already got into trouble here

you can not flash twrp that isn't for your device. There is a guide here to compile twrp for your device
https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/guide-how-to-compile-twrp-source-step-t3404024
you will probably need to flash stock rom for your device first to recover it
Good Luck
