The partition table is the same from my Unofficial KitKaT.
iF you are not on unofficial kitkat rom, you need to flash the modified stock rom first. (instructions on that thread)
If you guys already updated to Unofficial KK rom, all you need to do is flash the new recovery and follow instructions.
Yes you need to flash this recovery, older recoverys, can't properly flash CM11 and the future cm12.1

Works in some providers...
If you get " unknown provider or no network" on statusbar ( even if the calls/sms ) are working great, data wont be available in some providers.
I only use 1 provider here, plus , my wife's SIM card ( another provider) to test.

How do you move apps to sd? Also, sometimes systemui force closes.. But nvm all that, maybe instead of fixing this lets focus on cm12 instead. Any estimates on when you are gonna release this?
By the way, ram management is better vs unofficial 4.4.2, multitasking is a breeze, and the theme changer is neat.

the CM11 work is now depricated .
I was working on both cm11 (kk 4.4.4) and the latest cm12.1 (LL 5.1.1).
I just fixed both cameras on CM12.1 yesterday, so, expect CM12.1 very soon

Data connection is work ! I see many providers In this phone and this rom, all works is fine.

I would love to install CM11 to help developers solve some problems, but my model is D2306, I have root but no one made CWM for this model on KK. How can I proceed? D2306 is Single SIM, LTE, South America variant.

Galaxyfreak / lozohcum added my to the M2Dev github (thanx ). If you guys like, I have setup M2Dev on my review site. I think it is better working for all of us to commit to there for commits that require testing. Only thing to do is to add my gerrit user to M2Dev so we can actually push to github from the review
Also, is the issue list in the OP complete? NFC? BT/Wifi tethering? To name some?

Tested it for 30 min now and it seem that themes are recognized very slowly, when I install one it takes 10-20 seconds to be availble to choose in theme chooser tested it with play store themes and themes i have to install via apk.
cant say anything about nfc because i dont have anything nfc related here.

I have one question why is the android version 4.4.2, I also have the moto g and 4.4.4 seemed not to make any problems maby somethings can be fixed by upgrading the cm version.

The Kernel has to be replaced and I think that deletes the recovery, I reflashed it but you cant boot cyanogenmod after that

I have re-imported it from caf. Now working, and without unbalanced irq's.
For ril (or actually, the problem might reside in qmuxd I think), first step to be taken is replace all firmware blobs that are taken from T2 ultra by blobs pulled from M2. I have already done so here
Now the device is able to power up the modem.
Ril is not working yet. For now, I am using the prebuilt ril blobs. Will now recompile without them and test that, also to check the qmuxd theory I have.

Nice work! Replaced adfad666's WiFi commits with yours in M2Dev.
On firmware, yeah, I left T2U firmware because on stock firmwares are stored on /persist partition and so I was feeling lucky

Workaround for video record use third-party app "videocam illusion" from Google play.

Hi,
In fact, sometimes works and sometimes not. Don't know why. Try GPS track with Ndrive app or similar. Must work. Next switch to googlemaps and verify if navigation works.

I too installed pa gapps and for me there was no force close. Strange...anyway... Yes browser is force closing,i will fix that soon... Did you test latest test ROM?

With and without pa gapps (for radio), and i try tk_gapps-modular-pico-5.1.1-20150920-signed also.
The same, clear cach & dalvik, and i try and reset system also. No luck.

Actually i think now any gapps will work,which works on cm12.1... Still i am using pa gapps.

I was very interested with the rom and I flashed it too.
Things I saw -
1.The rom is impressive, it has so much tweaks, features, customisations. I loved everything about it.
2.I faced issues while connecting the rom to my google account.
3.The rom is not so fluidic as cm 12.1 is on our phone. There are slight glitches and lags everywhere.
4.For anyone who wants to see the rom, just see a video in YouTube!
I absolutely loved the rom. I hope and I'm sure you will address these problems soon. I'll love to try the rom.

Hi there!
I guess we can say it's pretty stable ATM, but obviously isn't an official Snapshot
Anyway in some testing we didn't find any big bug (excluding the listed fingerprint one and the access to the SDcard), and I think it can be used as daily driver.

It should be great if we can group all the custom rom for the Z11 mini in one thread.
Because now we have a lot of choices : CM12 , CM13 , CM14 (test firmware only) , Flyme rom , Mokee rom , resurection remix rom.
I'm actually using Mokee 5.1.1 rom because everything is working fine : Nubia camera , Fingerprint , SD card (only the side lights don't work).It's smooth and stable.

I'm having trouble installing the ROM.
Do i require TWRP to install? Can't get TWRP to work at all..
After flashing TWRP I get no error messages but when I reboot into recovery it defaults to the preinstalled recovery... Seems as though TWRP won't overwrite the old recovery...

You can easily bypass the issue by using Wifi file transfer.
Personally, I never use MTP these days as I'm just too lazy! XD

Dude everything is working on my phone except MTP and compass as the developer said .. Are you sure you flashed this rom on galaxy grand Neo plus ? and all the attached gaps

No the Rom does not work my contacts do not appear...Maybe because I live in Greece?

@canbotek. YO, first of all, Thanks for providing us with a custom rom. BUT there is one problem... the contacts do not appear and I have unlocked my Sim and clicked configuration..It did not fix it. Any solution???
