First time installing crDroid to your M9, or coming from another ROM:
- Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
- Copy GApps and crDroid zip to your external SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Wipe system,data and cache
- Flash crDroid zip
- Flash GApps zip
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET
- Reboot
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
- Copy crDroid ZIP to your external SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Wipe system and cache
- Flash crDroid zip
- Flash Gapps
- Reboot
Don't expect any support if you:
- are not running stock crDroid-kernel
- have installed any mods such as Xposed!
- have modified system files

Dev stated same issues as current on CM so Camera wont work yet.

Very nice. Can't wait to see what you have in store for us as Cyanogenmod development progresses (hurry up HTC). Though, I have one suggestion. If this ROM requires the 1.32 firmware, i'd suggest putting that in the OP before half the posts in here become "_______ doesn't work. What firmware is this meant for?".

I just dirty flashed the ROM listed in the op with a cache and davlik wipe. I am having a few plat store crashes and now email. Op did a test build of this ROM in another thread on 7/26. I clean flashed that one and had no crashes whatsoever. Going to try flashing banks new gapps package posted today and see if that fixes the crashes...
Edit: no hard button reboots tho
Edit2: banks latest gapps and another cache wipe did not fix app crashes. I'm reverting back to a nandroid of the 7/26 build. I can't open the email app or gmail app or SMS without crashes. Odd. Can't imagine its banks gapps. Been using them with CyanogenMod ROMs reliably for ages....

You da man! I'll give it a shot maybe over the weekend. Lots going on right now, much of which I require Bluetooth and my Camera to be working for haha.

I tried this rom after I had a 'flickering' screen issue from the CM12.1 Rom. I have the same issue on crDroid but maybe a little worse (Sometimes it black screens and reboots) Thought I'd make you guys aware!
From what I could tell everything else seemed OK, didn't try much though!
Firmeware: 1.32.61.15
Unlocked/rooted/S-ON(I need to s-off asap tbh)
Network: EE
I reverted back to a sense7 rom and its all OK now, I'm about to try a few more things (DPI changing etc didnt work) and I'll report back with any findings

Blue circle cursor
This ROM and CM12.1 for my HTC One M9 both have a mouse cursor that won't go away. There's no option to turn it off and it's really annoying because I have to use it like a mouse... if I want to type a message, I have to move the cursor to each letter and then tap the screen.

Im not sure but i find that cursos also in sense rom it is in settings - display , there is a glove option see if there is such option and turn it off

Glove mode is just that, it allows you to use the phone with your gloves on. This is different. Picture trying to use your phone with a computer mouse.

I'm also experiencing this. I've tried toggling visible cursor in dev options but that didn't get rid of it.

I've tried it on all the different types for the international version, i.e. 2.10/1.32/1.40
1.32 stops the reboots whenever the screen is locked but the cursor persists across all firmwares

Are you running the 7/26 or 7/28 build? I didn't have luck on 7/28

Except im facing some issue i think while unlocking lockscreen ,when i slide upto unlock ,lockscreen appears two times, i need to slide up two times to unlock and when i double click on notifications from lockscreen sometimes systemui fc .. Any solution?:crying:

@16kingsman16 flash Xposed v75 and bootloop will fix, FYI, xposed Framework v74 and Below bootloops on Android roms that updated to 5.1.1_r19+, so better download latest xposed Framework always before complaining,
P. S, reporting about xposed on this thread is useless,(report on xposed thread instead),this thread only helps about this rom...

What's working:
Probably every major feature is working including NFC, WiFi, RIL, Audio, FPS, Sensors, etc.
What's not working:
Encryption - stock encryption unsupported as of now
Other 'untested' things - the more you test the more bugs I can add

GApps: I recommend using Open GApps. Go to their website: http://opengapps.org. Select ARM64 > Android 7.1 > Variant of your choice (I like micro) and hit that download button.
Instructions:
Grab the ROM zip file. Use the above download link to get it.
Download the GApps package.
Make sure you're on Lineage OS or any other LOS based ROM prior to flashing.
Backup any important data prior to flashing.
Reboot your device to TWRP and perform a full Factory Reset.
Flash the ROM zip file and if you're planning to use GApps, flash them instantly after flashing the zip.
Reboot to system from TWRP and enjoy.

Where are my screenshots?
I know you've never seen a custom ROM So I've uploaded some screenshots for you. Just hit the 'Screenshots' tab and enjoy them.
Do Fingerprint swipes work?
Yep. Fingerprint swipes do work but no option has been added within the ROM to customize them (might change in the future or maybe wait for Android O since it will include Fingerprint Swipes API which could mean this feature could be included in stock). Anyways, if you want it to be configurable in the stock Settings just let us know. (You can use Fingerprint Swipes Action from Play Store to customize them)
What about the Smart Key?
Full Smart Key support is present. Download "All-in-One Gestures" from Play Store and assign any action you want to the smart key.
I have some error. How can I be helpful (aside from shouting in the thread thousand times)?
Stay calm. Post your bug/error once, provide logs (essentially dmesg and logcat) and steps to reproduce the problem (if possible). That would be of great help. Remember, you're never ignored.

Should work on AL00.
Try flashing it. But before you do ensure you're on LOS or any other LOS based ROM. If you need further help, just PM me (let's make a pact to keep the thread clean)

Oh. Root support is not included. So Flash Magisk and you're good to go.

Exactly the same. The device tree is pretty untouched. However I do plan on making some customizations to setup some extra things but you know time will tell.

Cheers. Just flashed, first booting now. Has booted to setup wizard fine.
I'm assuming no change to the GPS code, so I'll keep it set to battery saving to avoid random reboots.

OK, all good so far, no issues. One quick point for anyone flashing Magisk - v12 asks you do go to play store to install Magisk Manager, and it's not there any more, so download the Magisk manager apk from here... http://tiny.cc/latestmanager

Further update. Absolutely no issues. lovely and fast and smooth.
If you're fussy about LED light customisation like me, I reccomend LED Manager - the built-in LED control seems to struggle selecting colours, LED Manager handles it all. (This is the same in all custom ROMS on the H8)
And as will all custom roms, Ambient Display is a bit wishy-washy, too dark, too short... so use LED Manager to force scrren on is good if you're using it, if not, Screen Notifications does the same thing nice and simply and elegantly.

I'm guessing this also has the 60fps youtube issues?

there are many people who want to try this ROM from my country(India), but we stayed back because of lack of this VOLTE feature( it helps in free calling for us ). so, please...please.... add this one feature. and also, please let us know if the feature(VOLTE) is possible or not by further updates of this ROM.

Just install the Jio4gVoice app and use that. Doesn't that five VoLTE functionality on non VoLTE phones.

Jio4g voice doesn't work when wifi is active.. my device is always connected to WiFi.

There are some out there that are having trouble with the Lineage and RROS ROM's and TMobile (like I am). I currently "had" the latest Lineage installed and had the TMobile issues with calls in/out not working. I saw this new crDROID ROM so I tried it. Not sure why but now everything works! TMobile included. I tried to install Magisk for root but it didn't work so I installed SuperSU 2.82 and that worked for root too. I am extremely happy to get that cancerous spyware Huawei ROM out of my Honor8.

Do you mean the calls not working on LTE? On RROS and AOSP ive had to switch to 3G's to make calls. So you can you make calls on LTE with this rom?

2). Insert Sim on Slot 1 To use 4g . Cuz Rom Dosen't Spport Dual 4G if u will Switch Forcefully then Rom will Dump[Restart]
3).In Starting Battery My Seem Draining But after 1 Hr of use and a 100% Charge Rom Is Beast.
4). Do Use Kernel Auditor To Change Performances but changing them will also Change Battery Gain-Loss Or Heating/Cooldown
5). If 4g Speed Seems Slow Then Open Dialer and Dial *#*#4636#*#* and Select phone info. there Change the Mode From LTE/GSM(AutoPRL) to LTE Only

Hey, I installed the ROM and its amazing the big thing is its working perfectly fine but i would like to correct you that 4g jio sim works in both slots i am using it since 2 days but the problem is battery backup its poor but i tried some tweaks and now its grt so thanks for the ROM and keep up the good work.:good:

Ya Jio Sim Do work on both sides but if u r using two 4g sims it "may". Get stuck while changing mode of other sim . And talk of battery backup i m having 8hrs of it besides continues use .the thing is u might have ur kernel on performance mode this mode uses battery most but gives u gr8 experience and durig this battery lasts 4-5 hrs . And if u do it on power save the battery last 8-10 hrs but performance becomes laggy . So make proper use of kernel auditor and switch profiles . Accordingly w
1)When u stop using phone put phone kernel on powersave
2).When u r using phone use Interactive,Ondemand, Performance
And battery life is fixed .not as dev. As user also i feel this rom gr8 on Water-7 better than nubia and using it from 2weeks .

I will continue using ur ROM only coz as u said its better then the nubia ROM and yes i will use the modes as u said and i have some info on lyf water 7. Its a clone of ZTE blade v5 exact looking same specs everything is same so i suppose its a clone and this LYF people copied that complete phone even the nubia OS is the same as it is in ZTE mobile and same name. That ZTE mobile have a bunch of custom roms too... i tried flashing one of them but ended up soft bricking my device may be i meshed up with the process but it has a goodroms like color os miui nd so on.

U have some Info i have complete info ROMS can't be used from there they also need complex modifications

MiUi V7 will be out tomorrow Ported from blade X9.
There were some bugs like wifi and bootloop and little other but fixed now So Stay Tuned

Blisspop is better due to less bugs than cm 12 and blisspop has more customization than cm 12

1).I would have fixed Fingerprint but no source codes are available so its Inrecoverable
2). VoLTE can't be fixed in custom roms cuz VoLTE in custom roms work from Marshmallow
3).Blisspop Is Better
And yah making rom stable was challenging after not being able to fix CyanogenMod . So made Blisspop to my best with only one bug that is Fingerprint cuz VoLTE was fixed by alternate.
Personally as a user i prefer Blisspop im using it continuously from a week before Release on XDA

Also can you explain how to enter TWRP mode? Is it same as bootloader?
If yes - i enabled oem unlocking i developers mode & yet i cant able to enter the boot loader? Can you please help me out..?

It's going strong, fixed Internal storage not mounting bug, working on the GPS fix as I type this, and camera fix is the last thing.
I've gotten GPS to work well on other 6.0.1 ports before this ones just being a bit more difficult.
I have later plans to track down why FM radio hasn't worked on any 6.0 + roms.

Loosing Wifi connnection

first let me thank you for this great work! :good: Works really smooth ad makes this tablet usable again. Mine was in a drawer for some months before I discovered this thread!
However there is one observation I made: When coming back from standby the Wifi connection is not re-established. I have to manually select the connection again and then it reconnects. Otherwise I have no network
This is not a big issue of course, but I wanted to ask if there is a remedy...
By the way: The original camera app shows a distorted image (looks like double hight) at least for the front camera, but footej works correctly.

Why i got an error in twrp. The error : the ZIP file are curropt / that means the ZIP file are not okay

When and where exactly do you get that error?
I tried on Friday with no problems at all. I had to first root the original OS version with KingRoot, then install flashify and have flashify install twrp recovery. Then I copied the ROM (and gapps) to an SD card and let twrp install both.

Maybe the download wasn't completed or was interrupted that's why it's showing corrupt make sure u use the twrp given in the post, best of luck.

Thanks for the ROM, best ROM till now for A7600-F, great performance, only a few small issues.

Your're publishing a ROM from unknown source (Russian Site?!) and now you're out for 6 months?
Looks a little bit suspicious, i will use the ROM, but i do not work with private data, only fake google account for play.

Bro there's nothing suspicious here, I am a developer dude, I don't want anyone's harm, and out means I am away from my PC so I can't help much, hope u will like the rom, and I found this rom on 4pda.ru it's a popular Russian site for android development.

The list of Wifi networks shows an entry "NVRAM WARNING: Err= 0x10". This seems to be a known issue with that version of RR. See e.g. here: WiFi NVRAM WARNING: ERR 0x10 Problem Fixed. I assume this could be related to loosing Wifi. This issue has reached annoying levels, it happens even while working with the tablet.
Well, i the meantime I tried this "Patch" and found that it sets the Wifi MAC address to a specific value (all devices using the files in that post get the same MAC address). I tried modifying the address in the WIFI file and set it to my original MAC address, but then I got still another one. Strange. But, yes: The NVRAM WARNING is gone.
Nevertheless, with or without the NVRAM patch: Chrome gets awfully slow displaying web sites, same for system browser. heise.de takes literally minutes to load - which is very, very unusual (and on my PC in the same network it is fast at the same time!). It is nearly unusable. I tried deleting all app data for Chrome and starting from scratch, but that did not help. Wireshark did not reveal any suspisious addresses during that delay but I am not expert enough to further analyze the traffic between the tablet and the server. Some sites are fast (google.de) but most others not. Sorry to say: I consider reverting to the stock image...

First how to flash recovery on our tablet if i saw it right the newst one was 3.1 . my PC use Windows actually can you give me an step by step instruction

Hey there, regarding flashing the twrp if u r on Android 4.2 or android 4.4 then just root the tablet with kingroot and install flashify from google play, then flash the twrp image using flashify, after that flash the rom, and as u r saying that it's showing the zip file is corrupt, as I said earlier it maybe coz ur download was interrupted or wasn't completed, so I recommend downloading the rom again. And at last I would say check if ur tablet is Lenovo A7600-F coz there r other devices also named A7600 so don't get confused.

It's good to know u tested this far, ya I also got some wifi dropping problems but those weren't some major problems happened a few times with me, btw I would suggest re flashing the rom if u want otherwise u can use stock. If u liked my work just hit the thanks button.

Thanks a lot.. I flashed it.. I tried many roms but earphone output is simply superb and lot of customisation is there.. But there is lot of distortion in speaker in high volume.. Once again thank you
