Open dialer menu and type;
5689#*980# (Sprint)
3845#*801# (T-Mobile)
3845#*803# (AT&T Canada)
3845#*802# (International)
3845#*800# (At&T)
3845#*980# (Verizon)
And when hidden menu is showed up, go to "Settings"
and go to "Update Touch Firmware".
Click to expand...
Click to collapse

Note: If dialer code doesn't work.......you most likely will have to either go back to stock to access the hidden menu....or download the hidden menu apk, search xda for it.

Recently Rooted an LG G2 (ls 980) from sprint after trying several times and failing to put custom ROM on it the phone got stuck on the LG screen. Tried power and volume up button to do hard reset after it brings me to twrp menu however every option brings me to a menu saying phones not rooted and need to install superSU if installed the lg screen comes back on....if I choose not to install same thing happens....Help would be greatly appreciated
I recently swapped motherboards with another Galaxy S3, and my home button has been non-responsive. Today, I made the choice to switch roms to Pac Man rom, and unfortunately it wasn't correctly installed onto my device. Settings isn't responding, neither is the Android system in general. I tried to boot into custom recovery, but I realized I cannot with a broken home button. Any way I can use an outside source to boot into recovery or download mode?

If you have the Google Now Launcher running and active, say "OK Google" and the voice assistant should open up. Say "Open settings" and the settings menu should load. From there you can go to your applications manager and reset/disable/uninstall Softkeyz.
My z5 dosnt expand notification ( Quick settings ) neither i can click on the home screen and the recent menu key but they are click-able so there is nothing with my screen digitalizer
