[Q] can i proceed in sd android setting if my qwert keyboard is nt working(spoilt)?

i installed haret in booted my xperia x1 to xperoid already. i cannot proceed with the google account setting because my qwert keyboard is not working ( spoilt previously) thr doesn't seem to hav an onscreen keyboard. is there any alternative for me to proceed?

first of all sorry for my english ..but i have a really big problem to root my chinesse tab made by MALATA the model is MALATA SMB 9705 it runs with android 4.04 ...i have tried many ways to root it but i can't ....(super one click, autoroot ....and many others) one of the problems it that i have not the traditionnel connection usb (storage mode and softward connection ) i only have MTB and camera mode ....
please help me it's very urgent and i count on you my friends help help help

yes my friend but it only work on mtb no pc soft or mass storage

i used this to root my hp slate 7 tab.....should work for you my friend but at your own risk....after using this i used unlockroot tool just to remove the chinese root app and install super su....hope this helps....
While searching for a method to root the JB build for the yarvik tablet of my family (usual methods have not been successful), i stumbled upon the following Windows based method that now i want to share and should work with a lot more devices:
On your PC:
1. Install USB/ADB drivers from your manufacturer's website
2. Install & connect via http://www.moborobo.com Management Tools, loads own device specific ADB-drivers
3. Download & install this Chinese piece of software from http://www.shuame.com/
In case you don't understand what you do:
- On Website press blue download-button with arrow pointing downwards
- During Installation uncheck every checkbox except the one that grays out the next-button upon unchecking
the download has been a bit slow for me (10kb/sec), if it fails or the take it offline: drop a comment, perhaps i can share the setup file somehow
4. On your device: turn on USB-debugging
On your PC:
5. Run Moborobo Software, then plug your device to USB-Port, wait until Moborobo has recognized it (in my case i had to click some dialogues...)
6. Run freshly installed software from Shuame.com (titled Ë¢»ú¾«Áé in my start menu)
7. When shuame-Logo appears on your device's screen, head on the windows-software towards the 4th icon in the top row; on the appearing screen click on the 4th icon in the 2nd icon-row (the android with some chinese signs + ROOT as title)
on your device:
8. download SuperUser (or superSU) from Market or install via other sources (if not already done)
9. replace asian root / su files (recognized as older versions) with newer ones by SuperUser or superSU
10. delete 2 chinese shuame-APKs from /system/apps directory or uninstall via Titanium Backup
11. => you're done.
if more than 10 People complain they can't find the right button's to click
then i'm willing to post a few screenshots...

thanks very much for your reply my friend but unfortunetly it did not work for me when i click root the process stop in the middle so sir thank's thanks very much and if you have any other advice it's welcome

it kept stopping in the middle for me but i just kept trying and it worked.......i also clicked on the other root icon a couple of times to.....

Help plz ? Vivax Point X45 Pro

hi all! I have Vivax Point X45 Pro. I rooted it using Root Genius and all was working fine until i ran out of space so i did a stupid move and decided to erase few apps from system on the phone... after that when ever i try to go to Settings > Language & input i get " Unfortunately, Settings has stopped." and I cant solve that... i did factory reset and now when i enter message or where ever I have to type no keyboard appears... downloaded Google keyboard and KII keyboard but I cant set them default because I cant enter Language & input in Settings... dont know what to do... plz help ?

i have root ,my device with king root pc verson ,after that i unistall some system application like
1)flashlight
2)keyboard
opera mini
etc.
and i place some application in I>system>app
and restart the phone to save changes
after starting phone it start normally and says that android is checking file system .
after that dialogue box shows that unfortunatly system.ui has stop working.
pressing ok it shows that launcher3 has stop working.
because of android launcher stop working i am not able to draw apps and interfare and this countiniously pop up
and the usb dubbage mode is on luckly.so it can interfare with pc.
please help me
to fix this and start my phone

[Completed] OTG app popup

Hi, I nave a problem with a device I want to connect to my phone using USB OTG.
In the past I got a pop-up window asking if I wanted to use a specific app with the USB devices I attached, but now I don't get it anymore.
Any ideas on how I can make that window pop-up again?
(Sorry for any spelling mistake, English isn't my main language)

Greetings and welcome to assist. If your rom supports otg then it should still work unless you have changed anything, try resetting all your defaults in app defaults
