how do i restore IMEI no. on my moto E? as well as unknown baseband version??? any idea? i flashed custom ROM. no sim card is working, wifi is working sometimes.

I have looked around and can't find a method there may be one on here that I haven't found but I hope I can get some luck here :laugh: .
I have already rooted but I am looking for some help unlocking the bootloader as I have had some trouble doing so .
Additional info:
LG-E980
KitKat 4.4.2
If any other info is needed tell me down below I am new to the android community .
