HI! so i've been using my phone this morning playing music.. it's functions normally until i close the music app because i have to do something.. and when i check back on my phone my screen is just black.. the creen slightly lights up but wont display anything just black, i can hear apps sounds and by adjusting volume.. i tried rebooting and it's all black.. i flashed stock rom via flashtool but after rebooting it's still black.. please help me, i didn't drop the phone or anything..

My lcd broke when a printer tonner hit the screen. I send it to replace to Spain because it was the Xperia C2105 and here in Argentina it's only the C2104, the parts are diferent. So when it's came here I could switch on, all work but the screen it's black, I don't know how to repair that.

Hey everyone
My phone vibration is playing games with me..
Sometimes he vibrates.. sometimes he does nothing..
I installed a vibration app and if I turn it on same thing.
It works then I turn it off and on again it does nothing.
Looks like its stuck ore something..
If it does nothing I hit carefully the phone and he vibrates agian.
If I lose the back cover from the phone and try the vibration it works perfect.
Is there a way to fix this?
Can I tweak the phone vibration somehow?
Should I bend the back cover a bit?
Btw. I tryout to losen up the screws and the same problems remains.

I bought an HTC shadow 2009 version off of ebay for $8 and it has a black screen issue. I can tell it boots up because although the screen is black, it flashes on and off as if it were changing boot animations, and then once it is booted the green led flashes like it has a text and the charging light is on, also i can get files off of it from my computer. So it shouldnt be a software issue, is what im thinking.. but i replaced the screen that it came with and it is still black. Does this sound like a software issue to anyone? Also when i try to hard reset the phone it goes through the original boot process it doesnt seem like it will allow me to hard reset it.. anyways all the searches i have done so far have suggested hard reset or replace screen. I have tried both and nothing has worked. Anyone have any suggestions?
At work yesterday my phone was fine..I pulled it out of my pocket during a break and the screen wouldn't turn on..then I noticed the backlight was on and I can feel the screen vibrate when I hit where the home button should be but no picture. I am able to hear notifications and use my moto360 to make phone calls etc but no picture just a black screen and backlight is on.. Using my nexus 5 currently but wondering if anyone else has experienced this..T-Mobile said they would replace it under warranty.

I have the exact same issue, I got a phone with a broken screen, it only had black backlight, then I changed the screen with a new one and still the same thing happens. Tried with two screens.
After replacing the screen I repaired the software via Sony PC companion, but it didn't work.
Does anyone know what the issue is here? Is it a dead motherboard or something else? Just so that I know to stop trying to fix it.
My unit isn't under warranty anymore because it had physical damage so replacing it via Sony is a no go.
The phone boots fine, I get audio reading of menu options for the initial setup, even the touch works, I can select options but I have no image, only the backlight.
Hello guys, I bought a new screen with frame included, and after put everything inside, the screen dont work when load Android.
Just work on splash screen, recovery or fastboot...I need help..
Even I cant see the hexagon, I tried put stock ROM..but dont work....
Led, back-home-menu buttons works, double tap work (I know because buttons works), and speakers works too....but when it load Android screen dont show anything....

Did you see the OnePlus logo when the phone is booting up? If not try reconnect the display connector?

Yes, I tried may times check everything, and seems correct....I told with seller and he get me new replacement..

Hi, I have an Xperia Z3, touch, sounds, and the backlight are all working but the screen is black, I have reset it, reconnected the LCD and battery connectors, but the screen remains black, not even the Sony boot screens show but the phone is working as normal, I have read about others with this same problem, some even started working randomly but there is no solution, has anyone solved this issue?
