Hi,I am Luffy from china
I post MIUI to i9001 using 2.3.6
It is based on 2.3.6 not CM7
so it may have same BUGs

If you want to use MIUI theme
Please
1. open data/system with RE or others
2. creat a floder named theme
3. download xxx.mtz and put it at sdcard/miui/theme
4. use it

Known BUGs:
1. about phone Force close
FC problem will be solved after installing any keyboard
2. Can't install some app updates like flash player from Market
Just uninstall the app using app like" system app removal" and do a fresh install from market, sometimes a restart is required after a fresh install
3.Reboot when Battery power is blow 15%
4.SMS tones rings endlessly~
5.someone may reboot when connected to PC,but I never meet this BUG
6.others
You can tell me if you find other bugs
maybe you can't understand me,but I can understand you easily.....

Install it through Feamod Recovery.....
Note : Input Keyboard (Hence the FC as installing keyboard my FC problem solved) and Android Market is missing in the ROM...
Copy the attached files to /system/app and change the permission to rw_r__r__ to have both (Keyboard & Market) working...

What kernel does this ROM use?
What about tests with benchmarking apps?

Does "I9001XXKPK" from this screenshot mean that this is not an AOSP built ROM?

I confirm that i have an acces to this menu and this rom is based on KPK ...
It's not an AOSP rom MIUI. :'(

well as i pointed out in another thread this is not an aosp based rom
well since there is still the touchwizz apk's in the app folder it is not based on aosp
i'm pretty sure that they built this rom with this tool

At least give us a patch on the KQ7 which is more stable and fast. The KPK is very slow, and lag on the browser ... :'(

But, here, theme is not working or is bugged. An AOSP would have been better. ='(

INSTALLATION
The newest version of TWRP is what I use. I'm sure other recoveries will work
as well.
You MUST perform a FUll WIPE. If you dirty flash thats on you. And dont post
negative results if you do.
First boot can take up to 10 minutes or longer.Please be patient.

Anyway, I flashed your rom with the result "finished h.o", restarted played only boot sound not logo and stayed there(Galaxy s5 bla bla). Clean installed three times and the same. I tried even with ktoonsez kernel...etc etc.

If the ROM isn't booting, I would suggest removing the download link from the OP.

Also there is THIS app which allows to select what to theme and what to keep stock theme.
Maybe installing both will make a better result with this rom :good:

You need USA VPN and take out your sim and restart your phone. Then you can open it but that theme is ****ty anyway.

Any news for this nice rom? .Btw lets start a telegram grup
