What is interesting, it is said on product page that this case has only
50 grams, while Sony - 220g. 50g seems a really small value - do you

That has to be a typo. Look at the weights of their similarly-designed cases for other tablets of the same size -- they're all around 230g. My money is on it being a typo for 250g.
I got one similar from eBay for $9 and it fits like a glove.

Has anyone tried the RocketFish screen protectors available from carphonewarehouse on their nexus s?
The other one they offer is the INVISIBLESheild which I've heard produces an orange peel effect on the screen (and are about twice the price). The only other ones I found were from AMZER and H&V both of which had mixed reviews.

You do realise that the RocketFish brand is an in-house BestBuy brand, similar to Insignia.

I order my sleeves hand-made on Etsy. Just search for 'iphone sleeves' and when u find one you like, email the seller and ask if they would make one for your phone dimensions. Personally, I like the work of YanaK and I recommend you search for her on Etsy, her sleeves are really nice and she is quick to make your sleeve for you.

Yup.. just ordered one of those the other day. It's coming from Hong Kong but free shipping so not bad. Seller has a high rating so we'll see how this works out.
Hope yah know it doesnt fit inside the Nexus One pouch I just checked
I've been using the pouch from my G1. The G2x doesn't go but just to the edge of the pouch, which works for me.

alibaba is the parent company of taobao.
now i am truly happy that i am in the same province as the seller. With shipping it comes out to be 80 RMB, which is like usd~15. way too expensive for a bumper (in Chinese currency).
ordering one now and will report back. i don't have the official one to compare with though.
PS the seller has pretty good rep, and he said the bumper is oem and made of aluminum. it is not the same one but is of the same quality and material.

i don't recommend that poetic bumper, i had the galaxy nexus one and it scratched my phone pretty bad. it's basically just hard plastic

I'm guessing dirt and debris between the tpu and phone, if left there will scratch up anything.

I got one of the $3.99 China specials from eBay. It got here fast.
I ordered the one for the Note 2, based upon a recommendation I read for sizing if you want to use it for the bumper. It is a little on the loose side, not really too big per se, but the fit is not snug. I may order another if I can find one just slightly smaller, not like it matters at $3.99 + $1 for shipping, lulz.
Found this cool case on Amazon. Really like the color combination and sporty profile. I may order the yellow/black one. But it seems like a one month waiting time!
