[Completed] LG G2: How can I unlock Firmware Update screen - XDA Assist

Hello,
Yesterday I tried to upgrade my LG G2 from android 4.4.2 to 5 via LG PC suite.
The upgrade was failed at some point around 30%, it let me re-try the upgrade, but it fails over and over.
After deep research, I found that it could fail due to lack of space (Under 1GB), unfortunately I think that's the root cause of the failure. (No alert was given before the upgrade)
Now, it stuck on the Firmware Update screen (even after reboot), can't load downloading mode\recovery etc...
The only thing I was able to perform is getting into the Hard wipe screen (holding vol down + power button till device is powering off and powering on, when it power on with the LG logo I let go the vol down button and keep holding the power button), I chose to reset factory, but I think it just restart my phone into the Firmware Update screen and perform nothing. This is un-rooted device.
Any help please....
Koren

[Completed] My lg g2 got stuck to stock firmware while updating ...

My Problem (I've looked for hours in the forum, but can't find anything similar to my situation):
Got my LG G2 (D802, 16GB, Android 4.4.2) today. I wanted android l on it, ( MADE IN KOREA BOUGHT IN UAE AND NOW I AM USING IT IN INDIA)
it got stuck while updating from pc suite as thei was a shortage of storage although i had more than 1gb of storage free.
I can't get out of the screen where it says "Firmware upgrade and 0%, und below is "B10" and "unrooted". When i press the power button for some seconds the screen gets black, then the LG logo appears and immediately the Firmware-upgrade-screen appears, again with "0%" and "B10" and "unrooted".
I also can't get into recovery mode: When it push volume down and power butten, and it asks me to do a factory hard reset and i press the power button to confirm (when normally then the recovery mode menu appears) it changes automatically again to the Firmware-upgrade-screen.
what to do to get my g2 back to life
pls help

Hi and welcome to XDA.
Try posting your query in > T-Mobile LG G2x > T-Mobile G2x Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting. That forum isn't very active anymore so give people some time to respond. In the meantime you should be able to reboot out of download mode by holding power for at least 10 sec.
