FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE CAREFULLY :
1> Download the appropriate ZIP file according to your device firmware version ( S108, S110, S111, S201, ROW lite series ), and place it in External SD Card of your device. ( how to check firmware version ??? read full post !!! )
2> After flashing any Custom ROM , flash the XpressPort.zip you downloaded , and reboot. ( Don't Wipe anything after flashing this zip. )
3> That's it, Voila !!!
HOW TO CHECK FIRMWARE VERSION OF YOUR DEVICE :
Go to Settings --> About Phone .

You can always take a TWRP Backup. or Go to this site and download Stock ROM http://androidmtk.com/download-lenovo-stock-rom-models and for instructions go to this site http://androidmtk.com/flash-stock-rom-using-smart-phone-flash-tool

I also suggest you guys research on how to flash this etc and the main different between Cyanogen Inc and CyanogenMod, please dont ask them here, the purpose of this thread is get rid of Bugs ASAP, and have a smooth and bugfree and latest OS for our device. Given that there was so many unofficial builds not many of them maintain with some modification not knowing that it was the cause of the issue, bugs here will be taken seriously.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Place the zip files in sdcard.
Reboot to recovery
Wipe data/factory reset.
Wipe dalvik Cache.
format system.
Install cm11.zip and followed by gapps.

Making ROMs fot XC 2305 is greatly complicated by locked bootloader, this is the reason why we can't do anything really differnt from stock ROM. I already thought about making CM, but I don't think we can achive apropriative work of the ROM. One more obstacle is that I`m not interestead in it (I already changed my main smartphone), I made TWRP 3 only beacase of requests of user on russian forum. Anyway, If I make any ROM, I promise to post it on XDA too.

At the time of first creation this was the only custom ROM available for the device. It was never really meant to be more than a test to see if it actually was possible to get a custom ROM like Cyanogen to boot. This was never meant to be a usable ROM.
