I have a Asus-Garmin A50 mobile phone that has had it's build.prop file deleted. (Why anyone would delete this file is beyond me).
Does anyone have a copy they can upload. It is found in the /system folder of the phone. Or can anyone give me the information to key into a generic build.prop file so that the phone can be updated back to stock image.

I deleted them by mistake and now sync does not work.

Just extract .zip of the rom on pc and you should find in system/app your missed apps. Copy on phone storage and use Total comander, copy them in system/app on your phone, then set permissions to rw-r-r and you are done
Can somebody upload the apk file inside system/priv-app/SamsungVideoPlayer_DreamPreview? I mistakenly deleted my copy of it as I was updating my apps to those of s8 manually.

Just create a Folder with name "DocumentsUI" in system/priv-app, and place the apk in there.
Give the apk permission 0644 (rw-r-r) and folder 0755(drwxr-xr-x).
Its all correct permissions all are perfect but i have no perfect apk file for match my phone plz give ur apk for me u can upload it to drive and give link ? plz
