Does the wireless charging works while the phone is in the LED flip case?
I know that there is another case by samsung with a screen window and qi stuff in it but i don't like that case.

No, there are no wireless charging capability in the LED flip case.
If you want wireless charging to work while using LED flip case, try buying a 3rd party Wireless Charging receiver that works with Samsung smart cover.

I'm using the original Samsung QI cover in combination with the first Nexus QI charger (the one which is not flat). The phone sits perfect on it ... not sure if the case does still fit on it afterwards, because the QI cover is much (!) thicker.

Since both utilize the Qi standard, you can use the Nexus wireless charger with your S4.
SURELY there's a way
I ruined myself by getting this fantastic mount from Infiniapps( http://tw.gs/RbW8aZ ). It has a small magnet you pop in between your phone and case, that clings to the magnetic mount. Best mount I've ever used...EVER.
However, I (very recently) have been toying around with NFC for the first time. I've also got the wireless bug and want to purchase a receiver and pad(s) very soon.
My obvious issue? Trying to make this small magnet work around the NFC-supported wireless receiver(using the trick of peeling off the aluminum front/back of said receiver.)
I know metal screws up NFC functionality....but does a magnet affect NFC at all? And another question- do magnets OR metal surfaces have any impact on Qi wireless charging capability? I'm trying to get my ducks in a row before I pull out my wallet.
I haven't been this enthralled with a phone since I purchased the first OG Motorola Droid

Oddly enough, I'm able to get NFC, wireless charging AND the magnetic car mount to work at the same time.
On my S4, I've got fone salesman's slim Qi receiver insert inside the battery cover, and a small magnetic plate between the case and battery door, just below the flash bulb.
Both wireless charging and NFC are working. Pleasantly surprised.

Sorry took so long to respond. I don't have any standalone cameras to take photos of my phone/battery case, but I'm using the following:
-fonesalesman's Qi thin wireless receiver insert(with the foil front/back stickers peeled off
-infiniapps magnetic/cradless mount(fits in cd player)
Inside the battery case, I put the Qi receiver in place. I then cut the magnet plate in half(that comes with the magnetic mount). and Placed it JUST below the flash(and overtop the Qi receiver). The back battery case closes just fine.
I'm able to read NFC tags easily(the battery can read through the Qi receiver, and there are two NFC contact points on the actual Qi receiver that read NFC, as well), and the Qi receiver picks up wireless charging base EASILY. The half of the magnetic plate is plenty enough to stay on the cradle base perfectly. No drops.

What are you using for the qi wireless transmitter/charger in the car? The infiniapps dock doesn't have one built in.

I'm charging wireless in the car. In my opinion, there's NOTHING that can keep your phone from tanking on battery when you're running bluetooth, GPS and have brightness up(daytime). Always run wired in the car. Go on Amazon and get the "motorola fast charge" charger. Fastest car charger I've ever used.

You are correct as of this post it did not support NFC. They have since come out with The Air Dock 2.0 that has NFC builtin. Sorry I am not able to post a link but if you go to theairdock.com it is available.
I have the new Nexus Wireless Charging plate direct from Google. If I unlock the phone (or disable the lock and turn the screen on) the unit immediately shuts the screen off again.
Does anyone know if this is because the magnet is affecting the smart cover switch? Is there any way to fix this?

Yeah, it seems like the magnet is affecting the smart cover sensor. If you can, try going to a store that sells wireless chargers (Tmobile, ATT, Verizon) and see if it does it with that charger too. If it doesn't, I would just return your charger and buy a different one.
I'm using the Nokia DT-900 and it works great...no overheating or anything.

The best part is...this is the one Google sells on the Play store with the phone.
My Nexus wireless charger doesn't turn off the screen, my screen turns off after the time set for screen off.
I have been noticing that my Nexus charger is not always charging my phone overnight. Sometimes I set it down and here the charging beep and see the icon but then at some point the phone stops charging. This has happened with the Nexus bumper case installed and the Spigen slim armor case, not sure if it has happened with no case on it.

Want to add wireless charging to my S4. But I also want to get a wireless charging dock for my car. I have read a little but I am kinda clueless on the tech.
I currently have a UAG Scout case on my S4. Any one know of a combo that would work with this case?

Make sure to order a thin coil, phone tends to get hot and slow on charge rate. it does work though with a bulky lifeproof case and with my Nexus 7. Spent about 20 on ebay, almost all are made in China.

Hey got a wireless charger and wireless charging card.
But when I put the phone on the charger it says it's charging wireless and the charge icon on the battery shows up also. Then the charging icon disappears. Is it suppose to do this? How do I tell if it's still charging?

Does anyone have a recommenddation for a desk dock / charging stand (not wireless) that will work with the s6 when it has a fairly thick case on it? For instance something with an extended/longer USB plug so that the case doesn't have to be removed.....
