I own an Moto G 2013 with 16GB ROM, running Lollipop 220.27.1.falcoun_umts.Retail.en.DE. I installed a custom recovery following this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/general/guide-custom-recovery-moto-g-xt1033-t2972905 and then sideloaded the Xposed.zip from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811. After I rebooted my phone, it always shows a message about insufficient storage space, despite me having 10,29GB of free space in the settings app. I tried deleting the cache, uninstalling a few apps and rebooting, but it is still showing up.
How can I fix this?
Thank you very much for answering.
Clear catch and dalvik catch in your recovery.....

Hi,
Go into recovery and clear cache partition and dalvik.
Also go to Settings>applications>manage applications>all>market and clear cache
i tried everything but now its starting to work for some reason. thanks for the help tho
Try reflashing the Rom. I find it clears up most initial problems after a new flash.
After I flashed Xposed module for Lollipop my device keeps the "Storage space running out" message and I cant install anything because of it. But my device has around 9gb of memory free so I have no idea of how to fix it.
Try clearing cache from recovery, that worked for me.
I am frustrated by the "out of space" and "insufficient space on device" error I keep getting while trying to install/update new or old apps via Play Store or manually installing apks.
I am using an LG G Pro 2, running on kitkat. I have enough free internal storage (a little over 3 GB), and over 40 gb of free space on my external SD card. I am using foldermount to link app data to external memory.
I can however install apps when I copy their APKs to system/app and change permissions to rw-r--r--
I can't upload a screenshot because I am a noob but I think the graph is not justifying the data below it.
I have tried :
Deleting Odex files
Uninstalling updates for Google services
Deleting app cache and dalvik cache
Uninstalling a lot of apps to create space
I have seen so many people have this problem with android but most of them had luck with the aforementioned solutions. I hope the Xda community will be able to help me. Thanks in advance.

Use Total Commander (just 1MB) to check how much space is on /system left.
Hi there!
I'm on EURetail.en.EU stock Lollipop (after fresh 4.4.4 -> 5.0.2) upgrade. Using latest TWRP from their site.
Installed my apps and Xposed + Gravity Box.
After one of the reboots i got a message about system storage full, even though I have 9GB of internal storage free.
Titanium Backup cannot access storage, camera apps (stock moto and Google Camera) both say my storage is full and I should clean it up.
Anyone knows what i can do in this situation? Preferably without data wipe/full wipa.
I've tried to look for some similiar issues but couldn't find anything relevant.
Thanks!
You'd know if you did a quick search. Wipe catch and davik catch and it will be fine
No need for a full wipe

Wipe cache and dalvik 2 or 3 times, did not work. I think TWRP is the culprit, as after full wipe it created the '0' folder again. Will try do everything again with Philz, we'll see
Strange, but I've only ever used philz so you could be right.
Hi guys. I am starting a new thread for this issue, because I have practically tried every possible options to solve the Insufficient storage issue, with no result! Sometimes an app doesn't start downloading, the error box opens showing " There is insufficient space in your internal storage and SD card, please free up some space...." Some other times, the app downloads fully, but can't be installed as the error box appears again - "Insufficient storage."
My device is Lenovo A6000, it's just a few months old. I have more than 500MB in my internal storage and a little less than 6GB on my external SD. I am running Android ver 4.4.4 and have my Play Store updated to the latest version since it automatically updates itself.
I have tried these ways:-
1. Deleting Cache.
2. I uninstalled the updates to Play store to revert it back to the factory version. It worked well for some time, then again the same issue.
3. I unmounted the SD card and remounted it again.
If I transfer an app from another device via ShareIt, I can install it perfectly!
I don't want to root my device just as yet. I mean, isn't there any good way to solve this issue? Is factory resetting the only option here?:crying::crying:
Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give.
