i am on 3.17.502 version 4.3 unrooted with stock recovery can i install the OTA sense 6 (manually) immediately or i have to upgrade to a specific version before it

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. When you say you downloaded a TWRP backup, do you mean a nandroid from someone else's device? Or do you mean you flashed a zip file of Lollipop with TWRP? So, I've bought a Grand Prime SM-G530H 4 months before and I've ROOTED it using Odin. it was running 4.4.4 Kitkat version.
NOW, I want to update it to Lollipop and I can't do it directly because it wont allow me to update in the software update menu.
So, What should I do to Update into Lollipop? I don't want to unroot the phone and update it from the Software update menu
so please tell me how to do it also provide me the links
