So ! I have a galaxy s4 mini gt-i9195 , ans i ve too problème with...
First, i cant connect it to a computer (ive try many kernel and rom)... One day ive try to restaure a ROM stock with cwm , and my phone start to lag (all app are forced closed )
Ive flash a deodexed jelly bean (cause i cant use Odin ... Damn !) . i find (on xda site of sure ! ) the port ROM S5 lollipop for my phone, but i need to be on KitKat :// m'y stock ROM backup is useless, and my deodex ROM are lagging :'''(
How can i have KitKat now ? The only deodexed KitKat is on a paid download... Anybody can give a Backup of KitKat on cwm ? Or an alternative ? Help plz :/

Have you enable developer options ?
Some phones needs to enable developer options to recognise the phone in PC and to enable this go to setting->about phone and click in build number more than 7 times . Then go to developer options -> USB Debugging tick that option .

Its called uberizer and you can root, restore, backup, change bootanimation etc

Google on whether your bootloader can be unlocked. Unlock it. Use fast boot to flsh kernel. And use cwm to flash cm zip file. I know it's not noob friendly but I think the cyanogen mod wiki explained it in great detail so I needn't repeat it

i got some problems with my grandfather's galaxy S2 i9100 .. i firstly rooted it with kingo android root , which didnt give any problems , after some hours of trying to upgrade it to cyanogenmod 11 , or another cyanogenmod , i become angry coz of many failures ..
i saw one tip for installing cyanogen , i tried to do it without giving attention ( it is my damn behavior which is because of angerness ) ..
i installed Blazing Kernel again , which i shouldnt !
now , the phone doesnt even turn on , i mean even no logos , no downloading and not even cwm !! :crying:
what should i do ? he is angry coz of my work

couple of day's ago my phone( samsung galaxy s2) asked me to update some cmw new version and now the phone doesn't start up .. i can't go into recovery mode as well. into download mode i can but the odin and my pc doesn't see my phone and cant flash another rom.. and if i try just to power up my phone it apeers just the battery . any clue? can you help me pls?

I have a serious problem with my galaxy S4 i9500 4.4.2 android running. I wanted to upgrade to lollipop and I have downloaded file and when I have kept my phone into Downloading Mode its not conneting or odin is not detecting and even Kies3 too. But its gets connected to pc when phone is ON . I have installed divers software.
I have CWM recovery mode
I have rooted my android 4.4.2
Last time used odin was while rooting and applying CWM recovery mod. Its been 10 months.

i have a lenovo a 3500 HV tablet , and its rooted , its stuck on the logo screen and dont wanna turn on , i cant go to the factory reset even i tried the small botun under the cover it restarts it but it stops on the logo screen again , please help me , and there is castum rooms for it like the lolli pop rome but i cant download it cuz it requires serves , and in my country i cant do serves , if any one can get me a direct link and tell me how to install it that will be good , thanks any way
