Hello Please Help me
I have ZTE Starnaute and its not opening i think its bricked by the way i was updating my firmware with zte firmware flasher but after that iam unable to open my phone i think that i should download its default firmware from the internet so i downloaded it but its in "cbin" format i mean the file that i download for my android phone its name is "P735_FV1.cbin" i dont know how to flash with this format becoz i dont have cbin firmware flasher

tell me how to install this firmware to my phone i dont have any software to install this firmware....

even they have a tutorial how , it doenst work in my phone i have no idea why..
should i root my phone 1st, before i update to Android 4.2.1 ??
they have a root files but i have no idea how to root the phone i try the recovery mode but my phone dont response when i select the recovery text

(i'm not sure about kernel)are stock.I have rooted before with towelroot and now i can root back.I have tried moving out the files from the system but again the same things....i dont want to flash custom images to my phone....i will apreciate your help
I have exactly same problem with Cube Talk 9X (U65GT) tablet when I try to update via OTA. I can download update and start installing but it gives me always error.

Give some photo plz.. ? Are U click oky On usb dubbing and Oem Unlock? and properly Install driver on pc?
I think the bootloader is locked....actually this has happened during flashing the marshmallow russian rom...now my phone is not booting up.

So what to do now?
If nothing passed during the flash you can try to flash the last official stock firmware you had on your phone as long as nothing has updated to the marshmallow version before you tried to update if you was on lollipop before this then try to reflash the last official stock firmware you had already installed. The bootloader isnt locked or it wouldnt of made your knox counter 1 from 0. If odin flashing stock doesnt work then you need to use smart switch to do a emergency recovery. Im use to kies recovery but it says smart switch on your screen shot.
That official stock rom is also not flashing after i flashed a5 rom...after installing the a5 rom all these problems are arising. I was not being able to come back to the stock rom after the installation of the a5 rom long back ago.

Use smart switch then. This is why you only flash stuff made for your phone.. flashing roms for other phones will brick you. Your lucky your even able to restore it should be hard bricked.

I faced the same problem recently , it happens coz u are trying to downgrade to a lower version of bootloader , if you have a backup restore it without checking (efs/modem) or make a flashable zip of ur original stock rom without sboot...cm...modem.bin files
The easy solution is to flash russian lp via odin

Rooted with KingRoot
stock recovery
( when i enter the fastboot ther is red Unlock word )
so i think it is the bootloader is unlocked
my problem is that i received this phone from my brother with KingRoot pre-installed and unlocked bootloader so when i check for system updates i find it but cant update cuz the root of course
so i tried to uninstall kingroot so that i can ota update but it keeps saying failed!
i tried to do a format, but after booting kingroot still their why!!!!!!!
i can't delete that app!!!!
so i searched for the Stock Rom to flash it but i couldn't find it anywhere on the internet
i think because my region 701LV100R001C199B005 is rare or i am the only one in the earth with that region lol
can i try flashing rom to another region ? please help me and give me a link or somthing
even if it is a custom rom
