I am herna from XDA Assist team. Regarding your questions, I have a fee things to say.
First, this is an international forum, so if you post you should do it in English and not in Spanish as you did, since not all the XDA Assist team will understand Spanish as I do.
Second, S4 is not the flagship device of Samsung as it was two years ago, since S5 and the S6 and S6 Edge are already out. This means, that update to Lollipop can take much longer of what is expected, so you should wait until the OTA arrives, since we are not Samsung and we don't know when it is coming out.
The only thing we can offer you, is to install any of the tens custom ROMs available in our forum. It will void your warranty, but this way you will can have Lollipop, even 5.1.1 in your device.
And third one, in case you want to ask about Galaxy S4, please do it in this subforum dedicated to Galaxy S4, and as said before, in English, please.

The fact you are housing another company's sim card may in deed play a role but I can't say for sure,

If you are a citizen of the EU and bought the phone in the EU, you can change the software on the phone as you wish, i.e. it does not void the warranty. This is European supreme court case law.
