But i'm pretty sure that you need to go back to stock by standard procedure, see here: [Guide] LG G3 Stock Firmware (Go Back to Stock) KDZ & TOT Method
If that returning to stock does not work then your only chance is at the service center maybe you have some hardware issue.

I need some serious help with my lg g2. Ice read some of the forums and nothing has worked so far. I accidently accepted a software update and my phone was already rooted so it messed everything up. I have the twrp recovery and it wont even lemme get past that. Ive done the wipe option and factory reset and i either get the lg screen with l.e.d. flashing blue and green or just the twrp program which doesnt do me any good. I had rooted the LG G3 D855 a while ago and I wanted to get the lollipop update so I unrooted the phone and tried to update it but it didn't work. After that I said since I did that why don't I go to lollipop so I found a rom here on XDA that worked. I downloaded the files but realized I needed root again and searched for a way to root it. Long story short I tried both root programs there and after a factory reset I am left with no home screen at all, no keyboard, and no way to launch almost any app. Is there any way to install a rom without root?

You don't need root to flash roms... What you need is a custom recovery.

I have LG G3 running Cyanogenmod 11, and I went to go back to the stock firmware. If I download the stock firmware from LG's website, can I simply flash the file from TWRP Recovery? Thanks for the help and excuse me being a flashing noob

Normally you don't flash stock firmware from recovery, you need to use whatever flashing method your manufacturer uses.
But you can ask the experts who own your device about this , here...

HELLO THERE , I RECENTLY UPDATED MY LG G2 TO THE LATEST VERSION FROM PC (ANDROID 5.0) AFTER UPDATING MY TOUCH SCREEN IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY I TRIED FOR 3 HOURS AND STARTED DEVELOPERS OPTION AND SHOW TOUCHES ..... AND THEN I CAME TO KNOW WHEN EVER I TOUCH THE SCREEN OTHER 5 TOUCHES ARE TOUCHING THE SCREEN AUTOMATICALLY ...I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT AM I TRYING TO SAY.... and i have even tried to install new roms from lg flash tool but that too dint worked and there is no recovery on my mobile ....please help me out soon...my mobile is lg g2 d802 32gb ! lg company is also not repairing it because it is of other country

Help i have rooted and tried to unlock the bootlouder of my lg g3
i have used adb and as i reboot my divice into twrp it said "boutloder certification verified ....secure boutlouding error.... couse boot sertification verify " in the top left corner and recovery mode louding... in the center and the screen goes off then flashes red and blue on the notification light
please id like to get my device on a not stock rom pronto
my divice is runing 5.0.1
