I have a little problem and i hope somebody can help me solve it.
i just flashed cm 12 on my lg g2, and i love everything about it exept one thing. If i want to have pattern lock, i need to swipe to get to the pattern window. I really hate to have that one extra swipe, and i dont like the new notification system. If there is a framework mod, or an app, pls help.
TLDR: i wanna have kitkat style pattern(or something like it) lockscreen on lollipop.

When I upgraded to Ice Cream Sandwich, the icon for camera on the lock screen is unresponsive. If you drag the icon into the ring it will only take you to the home screen, not the camera application. All of the other icons work, just not Camera. Its fine when the phone is already unlocked. Please Help.
I had this problem before, when using sense rom; if i use face unlock... Never knew the fix for it... I just disable face unlock... Im not sure if it will be the same as yours... I hope it will work...

If the previous post does not resolve the issue then you can start by clearing your app data for the lockscreen and the camera. If that does not resolve things for you then you may want to create a nand backup, perform a factory reset, and see if the problem persists.
This is where Nightly's Cyanogen Mod 9 build could come in. If you had it, you could set up your own lock screen shortcuts, fixing all of the shortcuts into what you want. Sorry about your issue, I would help if I could, but I've always had the option of changing up the functions of the shortcuts.
I have searched all over looking for some type of port for this lock screen. I just updated my girls Razor Maxx to ICS, and it has it on there. Just wondering if there's any way that we could have this on our Skyrockets! Don't know if someone can port it, & make it into a zip file. Just curious, and would love to also have it on my phone. Very convenient to me..

Go launcher has those locks screens, I'm not sure if you can just use a go lock screen or you have to be running the launcher too
I've been running Synergy for some time now on my Verizon S3, but the new rotating home/lockscreen gets quite annoying (unlock your phone with a pattern while laying down or reclined, or when it's anything but vertical)
Alternate homescreen (Apex, etc) has easily solved this problem, however I am looking for a lockscreen I can install without messing up anything in the ROM itself. Does anyone have any suggestions a new lockscreen if possible?
He is working on the rotation issue on the lock screen I know for sure. I think he may be adding alternate lock/home screen support in the near future as well.
Hello everybody i just updated my One Plus One to latest COS13 Stock ROM which is 6.0.1 marshmallow. I am always having trouble with this screen overlay issue popup thing whenever i try to open certain apps in marshmallow. I want to know why is this a feature in marshmallow? It wasn't a feature in lollipop or kitkat so why does it need to be in marshmallow? This might be another reason google doesn't know what they are doing and its driving me insane. Can someone tell me what this screen overlay thing is and why we need it to be in the ROM? It's just a pain in the butt right now and i can't find any good information about it.

Its a overlay over the screen, to draw buttons over the screen or to make the display tinted for evening use.
Its to improve security,stop apps from using overlay to trick you with malicious intent.
So you gotta disable overlay app before you install app etc.,
Check if live display is on.
Go to system/app/ system cog icon and draw over other apps.
