Hi everybody. Can someone please tell me is there a way to unlock xperia e ? my friend bought this phone but it can work with only one network. If I flash an unlocked rom will it make any difference ? is the lock status connected with bootloader or imei ?

It would help to know what phone you have. Most likely you'll need to downgrade the firmware to sim unlock it.

If you mean 'Will installing a new ROM SIM unlock my phone' the answer is no
SIM lock has nothing to do with ROM of firmware
im from Philippines and i cant use our Network service provider because of locked by Network from middle east. Is there any way how to unlock my j7 prime? or it can unlock by flashing Stock Firmware from sammobile? Thanks in advanced!

noob here..
i successfully flash a ROM for j7 prime but still it is network locked.. I seems to really need an NCK code/ Sim Network Unlock Code... please help.
