Hello, and welcome to XDA! I'm afraid I can't find a recovery or a lollipop rom for your particular device here on XDA. However, you could have a look at this thread and video in case it helps: http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/guide-root-samsung-galaxy-core-prime-t3032893.

Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. I can't find any custom firmware for your phone on XDA, your best bet is to contact the manufacturer and see if they're planning a Lollipop upgrade.

Hello, and welcome to XDA! There is a rooting thread for the Z3 here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/z3/general/guide-rootrecovery-how-to-root-install-t3017056. Do make sure that your device version corresponds exactly to the ones featured there.

I did a search for you,byt couldn't find any Lollipop based ROMs for your device.Seems like you have to wait for some developer to pick up your phone and develop for it.
