Running stock firmware ... have you rooted your device?
Please check the following thread about the same issue: Phone status became custom after root by OmkarFan.
One suggestion is to install and run TriangleAway app from Chainfire (if you aree rooted).
Other suggestion is to flash stock firmware (with PC version of Odin) and wipe data (= doing a factory reset). Backup everything important before.

i rooted my phone with my friend's help. he asked me download kitkat cm11 with g apps. i downloaded it and then downloaded it to the device using the "zip from sdcard" without any wipe data or cache i also did not create a backup.my phone gets stuck in the samsung logo screen(the one which tells samsung grand duos i9082) guys please help. my english is not good. please email me if you find any solutions.

Hmm ... are you talking about this CM11 ROM version: [ROM][UNOFFICIAL] CM 11.0 for Galaxy Grand Duos (I9082/I9082L) (Update 20141112) 2SIM.
If yes, then please register on xda (it's free), and post in the corresponding Q&A thread.
If not, check if the ROM version you flashed has a Q&A thread, and post there.
If no Q&A thread available, you can post in the Galaxy Grand Duos i9082 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.
Keep in mind that you may have to wipe data (= do a factory reset) in recovery to get CM11 booting.
I have rooted my phone and flashed it & now i am unable to install the default apps.

Depending on the firmware you are running and the apps you want to install, you have to follow different steps.
Best is to ask in the Galaxy Core Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting.
After flashing a stock ROM, you should have all "default" apps.
If you have flashed a custom ROM (e.g. CM), you probably need to flash Gapps manually in custom recovery.
Once you have working Play store, you can browser and install all the apps available there.

Thanks for using XDA Assist No kindly do not flash firmware of other devices to some other device it will brick your device to non usuable/non recoverable state .. Only Flash Firmware which are based on Device itself in your case Only Flash Firmwares Which are for S Duos Only..
