Hi,
Can someone please provide me with a rooting guide to root my Dell Venue 8 HSPA+ running on kitkat 4.4.2?
I have tried rooting it with framaroot, kingo root, one click root and rootx but in vain.
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hi XDA developers, i tried lot of methods for rooting my tablet like kingo, srsroot, rootgenius, towelroot, unlockroot, vroot and lot of more.
But now i have in system/xbin and in system/bin the su binary, if i install superuser or supersu they ask me to update the su binary with no results. Please answer me. -Lothgar

Unfortunately I can't find any report about a working root method for your exact device.
So you may have to try the most popular/common generic rooting methods, such as:
How to Root Any Device
How To Root Any Android Device
[UNIVERSAL GUIDE] Root Any Android Device Manually !
Root any Android device (without pc n in one click)
[TOOL] Rootx 2.2 (Rev 3 )- Root almost all android devices

The only tools I know to root a device without a computer are Towelroot and Framaroot.
About Towelroot: this is Galaxy S5 thread but it works on several devices/firmwares.

Hello there I have a alcatel a3 10 tablet and sadly I can't find any possible root technique. I've tried kingroot apk and kingroot pc version already.
