So i just unlocked and rooted my Mate7
What apps should i remove using Titanium Backup ? The apps that are considered Bloatware.

Hi Guys,
ColorOS camera is a really good camera app coming from oppo find7 device. It include a lot of features using plugins.
Actually a port for 1+1 device exists, you can install this port but you'll get really low resolution pictures.
So I took this port and modified it with the help of the original dev @BOOTMGR (a huge thanks!) to fit Xiaomi Mi4 camera resolution (13.1MPx instead of 13MPx).
As Camera apps with custom roms gives bad quality this app may be good for us.
Working features :
-Video (480p, 720p, 720p slow motion, 1080p, 4K)
-Some plugins (Double exposure, Expert mode with manual controls, GIF camera, Colorful night, Super macro)
-Front Camera
-Incredible fast burst mode up to 50 pictures (keep shutter button pressed)
Not working features
-4K DCI Video
-Some plugins (50MPx shots, Panorama, Beautify, Slow shutter, RAW Capture, HDR, refocus mode)
-Tracking focus
How to install? :
Install OppoCamera2.0.apk as normal apk
Install plugins as normal apk (I'll provide only working plugins, and some that I'm unsure)
Inside camera app if plugins are not present clic on + and add them

Will have a look to plugins but it seems to be more tricky than the app.
I couldn't find anyone to test it on Mi3,and I don't know if Mi3 picture resolution is exactly the same as Mi4.
And Mi3 can't perform 32s exposure as it's not the same sensor.
Definitely need a tester for Mi3
Edit : at least I need to make an other app edition for Mi3 as front camera sensor resolution is not the same. If someone with Mi3 install this version and turn on front sensor the app will freeze (I faced it with initial port for 1+1).
And if back sensor is not exactly the same resolution (4208x3120) output picture size will be something like 170x144).

I tried uninstalling / installing old and new APK,s still same... i tried with installing MIUI 5 but the same results...

But for MIUI I won't recomand this app actually. I posted a stock tweaked miui camera app on en.miui.com forum that enable some advanced functions.

I am using ivan's lollipop aosp ROM on my Mi4 and i tried this coloros camera, and it doesnt work, it has gray view finder, and shutter button doesnt capture

Hey Richard63 thank you so much for the twewaked miui camera you posted on en,miui.com.It was awesome....I could take pics of stars!!!
just a request...Can you add a mode into mannual mode which could allow us to take particular no. of shots with the mannual settings and having 5-10 secs of intershot time.
Its needed for obtaining Star trail images......
Hope you will add this..

Even oneplus one has the same sensor but it has an option for 64 exposure time....Can we have that in our Mi4??
Is there any app in playstore to check our camera's Detailed info....Aomeone told me to install an app and check if the max_exposure_time = 64...I dont exactly know what was the command bit it was something like that...

Does anyone know what is the name of the pedometer/ step-counter/ fitness app that comes with stock.
I remember it from when I first got the phone (i got the AL10 that was loaded with International firmware), but since then I have been flashing different roms, and have not come accross it again.

2) Previously i have this app with possibility store in hw cloud, but your version is later, but dont have possibility to store data in cloud. As i know chinising app have full rights/options, but their want to do this in EU ROMs (angry).

Does anyone have the camera app from the Huawei P9? Has anyone tried to port it over to the Honor 8 so we can have RAW shooting and fully utilize the monochrome camera?

p9 camera is working well, but there are two important mode is missing. I unpacked the offical firmware, there is almost no difference both in boot and the camera relating part of /system. So I think maybe Huawei writes something in base firmware or in camera app to get the model of the device

you mentioned that you unpacked the official firmware, is that the firmware of the Honor 8 or the p9? I didn't think we had the full images of the 8 available.

I unpacked the firmware of P9. And the full images of Honor 8 is available in Huawei Fans Club, the vesion is B140

You can download the zip of p9 camera from the website and then use TWRP recovery to get it into your system.I think it can be work because the camera hardware of honor8 is the same to the p9

The zip doesn't work. Some type of meta error pops up when flashing. I've tried 2 other camera zips of the p9 and the same thing. If I can find one that flashes properly, I'll give you guys a heads up.

I tried the zip file from GIZDEV.com on My Rooted HONOR 6 & found it does not works, during installing from TWRP it shows an error regarding some missing META Folder / File. Hopefully I am glad that after reboot it did not harmed my default camera app.
