Background
You might be fully aware of my themes for the G3 so no more explanation is required. I do like some elements of the new UX 4.0 LG intorduced for the G4, however, I miss many AOSP styled elements. This is why I decided to prepare a HYBRID theme combining my Lollipop status bar icons, notification panel with the UX 4.0 design. This is the first step, more is to come.
Installation
Simply install the below theme.zip in TWRP and choose your preferred settings in Aroma. Version 1.0 was developed on CloudyG3 2.2. but works on stock ROMs. Version 1.2 was made on 20P stock, I could not check compatibility with 20i. Battery icon will not be touched by the theme.
If you want to go back to stock simply reflash your Rom.
The Hybrid Theme V2 for LamHoang 1.9 comes with a redesigned Aroma installer. New menus (simpler installation) and UX4 aroma theme.

New package for CloudyG3 2.3 released. Since Cloudyfa already implemented UX4 colors and some elements the package contains only some addons or fixes. The Aroma installer has been updated with a new UX4 theme (thanks to Cloudyfa for his G3 Aroma theme I used as basis). You can easily go back 'stock' within the Aroma installer.
There is one bug: if you choose hybrid framework somehow the AlarmClock tabs go back to the old style, I have to investigate it.

Don't think so. It has CloudyG3 2.2 as base. Systemui and settings are not ROM dependent, however, the flashable framework is.

This ROM is the final version, the base carry's on over at Pyramid3D HERE
Theres not much point in having 2 ROM's that can be themed or non themed so if you dont want a themed ROM just flash Pyramid3D NEON and dont flash the theme

I checked out the ss in the original thread, looks great! one thing I'd like is more than just gold. is the color in the entire theme based on one line of code in styles.xml, or are there going to be many different places that have to be edited? I don't want to beg for all colors to be ported, so if there's a simle way to choose the color after you port it, I'd like to try changing it to green

I must say super cool theme, running bug free and all mods work fine till now except some lockscreens.
Dialler buttons is the only thing i didn't like but overall its great.

hmm dude i told you about the 14 toogle because usually all your theme when released was full complete i didnt know you did not have time.
i know you need time to make theme because i tried but it was ugly and difficult lol.

just navigate to /system/app with RootExplorer:
- if you find there xyz.apk AND xyz.odex (xyz = name of any apk inside there) ==> you are on a odexed ROM (usually StockROMs)
- if you find there just xyz.apk ==> you are on deodexed ROM (all Custom ROMs are deodexed)
Is there any way to remove that background in notifications.. ?

Just a report: the icon on "h+" connection on the top bar return to the stock theme.

Android L Theme for 4.4.2 (D855 10L, CloudyG3 and AndroidNow 2.4)
This is a cooperation project of me and HPTesla. Many thanks to him for joining this project!
Background
My G3TWB theme has not been updated for a while because I wanted to prepare a full theme and the G3TWB theme engine has some restrictions. In the meantime Lollipop was released and Google changed many design elements compared to the last developer preview (colors, switches).
I learned from several XDA threads how to prepare an Aroma installer und started to redesing the applications from the 10L software version. HPTesla prepared the navbar apk-s and is still working on the bootanimation.
Assumptions:
you have an LG G3 D855 running 10L software version or CloudyG3 1.0 ROM;
G3 Tweaksbox is installed;
my last Android L G3TWB theme (3.0) is already installed;
you have downloaded the necessary files from this thread;
you are rooted and bumped =TWRP 2.8.0.0. is installed).
How to install:
Simply install the below theme.zip in TWRP and choose your preferred settings in Aroma.
If you want the increase your Lollipop experience I prepared a nice theme for TWRP as well. Create a "Theme" subfolder within the Twrp folder on your emulated SD card and copy the TWRP theme file (ui.zip) there. Thats it.
After installing the theme you have to install the updated Android L G3TWB theme and choose Settings, Phone and Messages to be themed.
Please install the theme only if the above assumption are correct!
What is in the package:

Themed Framework (incl lge-res);
Android L navigation keys;

Version 1.2 released for CloudyG3 1.1. All apk-s set up fresh, all icons controlled again. Settings and easysettings font bug fixed, size of Lollipop switches decreased (to 80%), looks better.
The package contains: framework, systemui, settings, message, calculator, clock, contacts, incallui, teleservice.

but one little thing... when i update my apps in playstore on the green status bar the notification text e.g. that an epp will be installed is grey and that is not very well readable.
Is it compatible with Lg G2 (d802) with rom g3 like optimus, cloudy etc. ?

also in apps, for example Threema.
Additionally, the menu which comes on when volume is changed, looks the same as before, not like in the screenshots. Ver 3.0 of the Android L Theme is installed and working.
Other than these two issues everything is looking good so far. :good:
