Please help, I can't use Freedom because it says "Write permissions on system partition are required in order to use Freedom". How do I make it so that it has write permissions?

I have installed freedom app but it says write permission on system partition are required.. Cant get it to work... I used rom tool box to fix permissions but it didn't work.

I don't know if this is possible or already exists so here's my question.
My provider allows 1 app of a few they selected(for example facebook), to bypass dataconsumtion on my dataplan.
Is there a way i can spoof youtube somehow to be facebook?
So i can stream youtube without losing any MBs on my data.
