Hey.now I have issue with downloading the paid upgrade to anysong (again). I had the full version for quite some time and lived it.but since then had to restore my Samsung S3, after my kids put On something which made the bigger mb users like camera and malificent down fall made my phone restart
. Now seeing as I had to restore just the handset,I couldn't remember any passwords so now I cannot get the upgrade, all I get now is a black screen. I hope you can help me out because I've lost faith in the makers, who have chosen to ignore my plea for help. I have just assumed that they've made there millions and now are enjoying retirement. So again I ask for your help and maybe point me in some direction so thanks in advance, and thank you for your time.

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. I'm afraid I can't find any thing on an app called anysong on XDA.
I recommend you reach out to the app developer/provider directly.
They usually provide and email for direct contact.

Hello there for those who feel up to the task i am seeking for help preferably from someone that works on this website and i hope that by me making this request its not going get me in trouble of any kind. I am writing this with all the respect to the website administrators and members of the XDA-DEVELOPERS.
I am seeking some one that i could either send my phone to or could help me over the internet step by step on how to change things on my blackberry storm and my at&t fuse. I send it long time ago to a guy but for X or Y reason i haven’t heard back from him and I would really like to have this done. you may ask why don’t I do it my self well honestly i have try before but instead i just end up ruining 2 cell phones and they aren’t cheap and i am not rich. I go to school and have a full time job that takes a lot of my time, and i am not great with computers. I am not completely dumb but i do have a huge reading with problem because of an accident.
again I apologize if some how i manage to break any of the XDA-DEVELOPERS rules by making a request like this but i would really like to have this done.

i just send you the PM nir36 and thanks, but orb3000 but like i told you ive try to do the stuff my self or with out orientation and end up loosing two phones. yea the first one was un upgrade tru at&t for $200.00 and the second one had to pay full retail $520.00 at the time and broke that one so i am scared one because i am not rich and second because i don't know if i am just to stupid or what but for X or Y reason can seem to be able to do stuff that is easy to you guys and i give yall props for that yall are awesome. Hello, You aren't allowed to post you email apparently and it has been removed.
Making this forum the only way for us to help you.
First of all you should ensure wether you have a MileStone (EU) or Droid (US)
You can tell by looking at your phone and checking if it says Verizon.
If it does, I can't help you any further and you should ask for help in the Droid forums. If it doesn't, I'm close to sure we can help you out
So now that you know which phone you have, you've probably done half of the work already. I can't really tell what your problem is, but I guess you have these 2 issues:
1, You have no GPS-Application. You can buy, or get one for the phone. I'm talking about softwares like Navigon and iGo, which aren't free though, but allow you to navigate without internet (for if you don't have an internet contract.)
If you don't want to pay any money and own an internet subscribtion in your contract, you can just use Google Maps to navigate! Update it through the android market and you're good to go!
2, Now for the second issue:
Unfortunately we don't have any chance of getting custom roms! Only the Motorola Droid Does! There is a way through nandroid backups, but seen the fact that you are just new to the whole thing, I'd recommend you to explore the forums and later on install MotoFrenzy, or the official update to Froyo from motorola, which they will, according to them, release by the end of 2010

Hi I've just received a new tablet , I know its not the best on the market but I have faith that it could be good.
I've followed a few threads on this forum with out having an account, and found the information to be very helpful with my late lg gt540 and my htc desire.
now as you can see at the bottom of this post I've got a DLR_MID. it has no name on the box apart from mid and nothing on the tablet itself, so finding a rom is somewhat fustrating. as the base rom has caused me a few issues i would prefer cmx or similar, with full root as well.
What information would a chef need from me to create a beautiful and tasty maserpiece. Also so advice from someone on one of the issues caused by the rom would be greatly appreciated and I'll go more into that now.
My tablwt has 2 internal storage bays showing up. 1 is listed as internal storage the other as internal sd. When I first got the tablet the sd was registering as 4Gb. I used the intwrnal a2sd function of the rom to move some apps. Without any warning the tablet reset,all the apps were gone but I'm left with only 1.71Gb. I plugged it into my pc to see what would show up there and still got the same 1.71Gb. I factory reset to whole device and still the same. I xould really do with some help with this please.
If you need more info please ask. I will do all it takes from my side to resolve both issues (with some advice with being a noob to tablets)

First thing you will need is to know if the bootloader is unlocked and if kernel sources are available. Normally the answer to both is no when dealing with no name devices.

Well first thing I would do is find the OEM and then look at the site and get as much info I could about the device.
Sadly purchased through ebay, I have made countless amounts of contacts with the seller to no avail. I can only assume they only understand money transfer, not language.
I have also made a number of attempts to google, all of which have turned up nothing. There seems to be a small house in the bambo forest making tablets out of panda poo and bambo leaves.

Hi guys a new user here and need assistance with one issue that i am facing with a month old google nexus 5. The phone came out of the box with 4.4.2 version of android and after i upgraded using OTA to 4.4.4 i've noticed that after the call disconnects the network bar goes zero for 5 sec and then come back to full strength which was not there before the OTA.
I've read some forums about this and came to know that i am not alone and similar issue have been reported by many users. I thought this issue might be addressed recent lollipop update however issue still remains. Ill be honest with you guys since the phone is new i am not willing to take risk of flashing as i am new to it. I would appereciate if someone can assist me with scratch how to get this sorted

Welp, I would recommend you try various radios but since you have an aversion to flashing I don't know what to tell you. This "risk" you speak of is pretty much nonexistent with the N5 as it's damn near impossible to brick. I mean, the N5 was pretty much built for flashing so if I were you I'd at least dip your toes in the water. You're in the right place, there are a ton of guides to follow and friendly folk willing to help. Just gotta put a little effort in.

Thanks so ill give it a try for sure and its like i would need the guide from scratch as i am a neewbie onto this. So i am from India so which radio should i go for and is there any infomation that you may need to assist with me with which perticular radio will work in my region please do let me know.
The phone doesn't drop any signal while i am talking over the phone and its not that frequent as well. However whenever i notice this it annoys me a lot so ill prefer getting rid of that. This phone that i got is after 7 RMA to the website which i bought from and finally this was the device that came with like no issue with the display as in stuck or dead pixels like others.
Please suggest me something and i am ready to move forward on this

Like I said man, there are a ton of guides, just do some searching and lots of reading. People here like to help others who first try to help themselves, and I am the same way. That said, I'm not gonna hold your hand and walk you through it, but if you figure out what you need to do and hit a bump in the road, ask away and I'll have no problem helping out. Basically, I screwed up my password on my phone to the point that I had one more chance before it did a factory reset and deleted everything. I tried using that last chance by resetting it on google play and it was a big mistake. It deleted everything anyway. I've been working on this for 2 days and tried tons of different 3rd party tools to no avail (huge waste of time). I don't know what else to do and since I just got the phone in May, I am afraid to root it, not to mention I am not familiar with the process. Wondering if I just have to take the losses and give up or wait until better apps come out. Any advice would be much appreciated (besides the fact that I should have backed up in the first place, believe me I have learned my lesson.)

I am from the camp that believes once it's gone, it's gone. Main reason, why would Android make a factory reset recoverable? That is asking for lawsuits over sensitive data brought back after phones stolen, et cetera.
Although, there may be some method, somewhere...
