[Completed] [Q] Note 4 EFS info wiped & not backed up :( - XDA Assist

I did a factory reset (did not flash a rom) to my Note 4 (SH-N910w8) & now it seems that my EFS part is wiped or corrupt. No IEMI# as well as when I go into the service menu on the phone there is no command options! I do have my imei # from the box but I don't now how to rebuild the EFS partition so I can get back on the networks. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. Try flashing the stock firmware with Odin. If you have further questions you can ask in your device's specific forum, http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4

There are already a lot of threads discussing that topic! Go & search them. If it doesn't help you have to get it repaired by Google/LG.

Unfortunately In my country there is no google/lg service centre.
Tampering with the imei is illegal
There is a software solution at http://android.stackexchange.com/questions/85807/nexus-5-imei-0-how-to-restore-imei
No need in repair shops

explain what you were doing and how you lost you're IMEI. Like people said it's very illegal and also it's extremely hard to remove a IMEI so unless you backed your EFS up. you're out of luck. Next to read the rules and guide's before messing around with your phone. Everyone tells you too make backups before trying their ROMs

[Completed] Recover Whatsapp DB from internal memory

Hi ,
My mobile is Samsung Galxy S5 SM-G900H Lollypop version
Baseband G900HXXU1BOAD
BUILD number LRX21T.G900HXXU1BOC3
After upgrading to Lollipop i found some issues with the phone, I assumed factory reset would solve this problem. After doing the factory reset , i tried to install wattsapp again. That time i realized that my watsapp was installed on internal memory of the phone & all was lost after the factory reset.
So now i want to recover Watsapp db from internal memory
Can someone please help :crying::crying:

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. Often times flashing the stock firmware with odin will get IMEI back. Here's a good place to start, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1483113 Also here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-att

IMEI discussions other than restoring from a IMEI backup are not allowed.
Other than flashing your original stock firmware to see if it "by chance" restores your IMEI, we can't help you because you obviously don't have a IMEI to use for the restore process.
Good luck.
