I'm going to explain this quickly. Prerooted firmwares are the same as the firmwares you find on Sammobile, however they have root injected into them, so after flashing them, you will automagically be rooted.

Previously we had ported many great features and apps from Note 3 to Note 2 and we shared it in a total package as rom mod. Today, E-team has done it again for Galaxy S5. We ported many great features and apps from Galaxy S5 to Note2 and the good news is you still able to enjoy all the goodness from the previous Note 3 features together with the new S5 features. There is a difference. DN3 v4 RC2 has Note 3 features and apps + S5 features and few apps. This
-DN3 v4 RC2 has what we think are the main new features of the Galaxy S5: Power Saving Mode with grey scales, Ultra Power Saving Mode and Toolbox (also it has s5 settings, launcher and magazine apps).
-In this S5 Mod Rom you can find the same S5 features that you already have in DN3 v4 RC2 + all the S5 apps mentioned in the OP.
So in summary if you are looking after S5 features then you should flash this file after flashing DN3 v4 RC2
Also this S5 Mod ROM although it has been created for DN3 v4 RC2 has been released so other people can use it on their own rom.
For now and unless something weird happen there is no need to ask us for permission to use this Mod ROM on other roms, but credits should be a must if you want to be respected (to be respected you gotta show respect to others as well).

You may try. Backup and do a clean wipe before flashing.

to all E-team fans don't spam here it's just a mod just take a nandroid backup first so if you don't like the s5 mod that they ported you can go back to your previous.

sfinder work on stock rom ... need kkat and edit BP to be S5 and it work. this is just a mod ui.apk and the apk sfinder, if you mod BP u just need sfinder apk ... and kkat rom of course.

that means if other people wants to use it then they have to pay for it. and giving it away to them even though you paid for it is like taking away the devs profit
